Had a leaky pipe in a new construction house that Randall Lowe put in all the plumbing. House is 1 and a half months outside of warranty. Called to see if they could fix it, spoke with a technician named Jeff who was pretty rude and even had the audacity to sarcastically say "Merry Christmas" after telling me we are out of warranty and they won't fix it. It's one thing to deliver bad news with grace, but the way he handled that is just completely uncalled for. I also wonder why there is a sticker on my garbage disposal that says to call them after the warranty is up for discounted service repairs if they aren't willing to do out of warranty repairs because he was trying to recommend a different plumber.

Randal Lowe Plumbing, LLC (Randal Lowe Enterprises, Inc.) was contracted by the builder to install the plumbing in the new home I purchased in November of 2013; they are by far the most incompetent and inept plumbers I have encountered or even heard of. Further, their customer service is terrible and they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes while attempting to exploit their customers. Within 5 months of purchasing the house, I experienced three major plumbing issues: 1) An improperly sealed pipe in the downstairs bathroom which Randal Lowe took over two months to fix while I had to deal with the bottom 2 stories smelling like sewage. 2) A waterline connection coming out of the wall burst and flooded the main and terrace levels, causing extensive damage such that the hardwoods and carpet required replacement. 3) The terrace level flooded a second time because Randal Lowe knowingly installed a shower drain cover instead of the proper basket drain cover on an outside drain pipe (I say knowingly because the plunder who installed the cover told me they had to come back and switch it out so it wouldn't clog, which I discovered they never did when it flooded). Worse than their incompetence is the fact that they don't even own up to, apologize for, or fix their mistakes. This is without a doubt the absolute worst customer service and utter lack of accountability that I have ever experienced.

Randal Lowe is that rare company that does great work for a very reasonable price! I was told the work would take about an hour and half, but the very experienced Technician completed it in an hour saving me money!! I will definitely call Randal Lowe for any future plumbing needs!

Randall Lowe responded promptly to a leak on work they had done 4 years ago. Both Mike and Rusty came to our house within hours of our calling. Rusty fixed the pipe, and Mike brought a dehumidifier and agreed to fix the damaged sheetrock. I will recommend them.

Stay away from these guys. They over quoted me for work, saying that they would have to dig a big trench and dig up all my shrubs (and quoted me on that basis). Ended up digging a 2 ft wide hole that was 3 feet deep. Out in 1 1/2 hours. Would not adjust price.

This company overcharges for work and inflates estimates. They quoted pricing $450 over what a comparable competitor charged and they were rude and unprofessional. Randy Lowe actually said I was asking too many questions about the repair I needed done, said he didn't want to do the work and hung up the phone. Who treats potential customers like that? I honestly believe he realized that I was an educated consumer and when he couldn't substantiate the high price he quoted, he knew he wouldn't be able to swindle me at the end of the job and ask for even more money (because they have you once the jobs complete). Do yourself a favor and don't deal with this dishonest, unprofessional company. Use Northwest Plumbing. Reputable home builders do, they do great work, show up timely and the price is fair and reasonable.

Had to call them out on Saturday night to fix 3 outside leaking faucets in horrible cold weather. Showed up on time, very professional, focused & very timely on the work being done. Very reasonable on the rate they charged. Will call this company every time! Ask for TJ!

Randall Lowe Plumbing charged $85.00 to replace a washer on hose bib. Plus, I had asked them to call ahead, but they failed to do so. The tech said he was not advised to call ahead.

We had Randal Lowe plumbers install several toilets at our home on two separate visits. Not only did they do a great job (left everything clean, installed the toilets correctly) they went above and beyond! This will be the ONLY plumber we ever call. Highly recommend them!

The plumber came into my home took off the front panel of my dishwasher said here is your problem,( mouse chewed rubber coupling, I told them that on the phone) but I cannot tell you the name of the part and I cannot fix it! The plumber was at my home less than ten mins and charge me $65.00. Add insult to injury he was embarrassed to charge me but his boss made him. My dishwasher is still not fixed, I have to hunt down the part and find someone else to fix it. I understand house call fee but give me a break!
