Randy's Painting is a huge disappointment. The work was mediocre the first time around. It was messy and not complete. When they came back to complete the "punch out list" they did a better job. They moved the sink in my powder room and knocked a pipe loose. Water filled the drawers and eventually my floors. I came home to a mess. When I told them they barely acknowledged it. I had to shop vac out the drawers and sadly the vanity was ruined. When I called Randy to see how we could handle the situation, he told me it was my word against his guys and they were good guys who wouldn't lie. So basically he called me a liar. He was very unprofessional and rude. If you are looking for professional, quality work look somewhere other than Randy's Painting.

We had our house painted over the summer. The price we were originally quoted was the reason we went with Randy's. It was a very reasonable price and better than other companies we received quotes from. Randy's also came highly recommended by several friends. If I could go back, I would have went with another company. The price we were originally quoted just kept going up after they began painting our house. We ended up spending around $2000 more than the original price we were quoted. Upon the crew's completion we walked around the house and pointed out all of the things that needed to be fixed. We were promised they would be fixed. They came back one time weeks later and fixed 2 small problems and left the rest. We have contacted them multiple times. It has been months and we are still waiting. We have been promised these things would be fixed and still nothing. I am very disappointed with the customer service and lack of follow up. Stinks to invest so much money into something and end up left with obvious problems and empty promises.

I was given 5 year guarantee but have received no results from several complaints I made only one week after work was complete! I already need another paint job since paint has peeled off the garage door since day ONE!! I spoke to Randy at LEAST 4 times about several items and NO RESULTS. Makes promises to come out to look at it ... never does. Stain on front door sloppy and never held any shine. Never put weather strip on bottom of the door even after promise to return the next day, then weeks later. Afraid to pressure wash now (badly needed) for fear of needing more paint. Has not even been 2 years! So what good is a 5 year commitment if you can't get anything resolved in 5 days. If Gwinnett area is not in your area of work then should have declined the bid. I cannot say enough about how unhappy I was and am about the entire job. Being on a fixed income doesn't allow to have house painted YEARLY because somebody misleads you of guarantee. Always asking if I have remaining paint or stain... if I do it's where he left it. If not he got it. But he never shows up either was to even find out. Don't worry he will just stop taking calls once he knows your number. NO. NOT HAPPY. BAD BAD BAD how people conduct business... even with a contract. Did not repair or replace any windows and sealed all lower level windows where still can't be closed. Yes that means through winter/ summer months. Windows are even more rotted
Pressure wash entire house. Fix all rotted wood and 3 rear windows. Stain porch and rear bottom stairs. If I thought it would matter I would add pictures. Christian radio doesn't always represent honest.

I paid to have all the trim painted and repaired 2 years ago through Randy's, 2 years later warranty is a myth. I have rotten wood and other repairs that obviously weren't there 2 years ago when they did a full repair/paint. They cannot explain what the warranty would actually cover, but it doesn't cover any of the repairs I now need.

Randy comes across as a personable and competent contractor/owner. The crew who showed up this past Saturday to start our job however, was extremely unprofessional, distracted and careless. They appeared to be sub-contractors who were also well skilled in cutting corners. This is especially common in the painting industry when there is little to no supervision by the contractor/owner. We experienced all kinds of unacceptable practices like haphazard gutter removal, pressure washing the entire three stories from the ground, inadequate caulking of wet surfaces, caulking rot and bee holes in boards that we had already agreed to pay to have replaced, etc. After several hours of trying to resolve issues with the crew directly, my husband called Randy to discuss our concerns. Instead of offering solutions or even an apology, Randy actually became a bit defensive. For example, as my husband explained how we were literally watching the guys caulk the siding while water was running down it, Randy suggested, "surely the surfaces were dry when they caulked". With no follow up by Randy at all on Saturday, we tried to call on Sunday. Randy indicated that "it was against his better judgement to call us back, as he did not take business calls on Sunday. We followed up with an email. No response. Monday he called to say they will pull out their equipment. Wow. Just another example of a contractor making a good living exploiting sub contract labor for substandard services.

We have used Randy's Painting Plus four time now. Each time we are pleased with the results. His prices are fair and accurate. His work crew is always prompt, polite and professional. I plan to use them again in a couple of months to paint the exterior.

I just had Randy's Painting out last week to paint our home and it looks like a brand new home. The service was amazing, they were so professional and wonderful to work with. They also were the most reasonable price for the best quality.

They were so easy to work with, I honestly didn't believe they would have things in place to start as quickly as he promised, but his team proved me wrong. They were waiting at the door, bright and early, when I finally got myself over to the building with the keys. They were a great recommendations.

Excellent job. I had the exterior of my home done just a week ago. This company did as quoted & exceeded expectations. Entire house was cleaned, wood replaced as needed, caulked, windows were reglazed when necessary and did all professionally

The crew from Randy's did an amazing job painting the exterior of our home this week. They cleaned on Tuesday, clauked (20 tubes!) and painted on Wednesday and rehung the storm windows on Thursday. Amazing speed and great job! They even carefully cleaned each pane of the windows before they rehung the storms! Great job, even better price, would use them again without a second thought.

Randy did a wonderful job for a fair price on my home at the Overlook in Marietta Country Club. Had some issue with some light peeling on a concrete pool deck, but Randy promptly got the Corporate Paint Expert out here and they jumped on both the correction and re-paint at no additional cost! Stand up guy and company and I'll definitely use again.

We are extremely pleased with the work of Randy's Custom Painting. The crew did a great job of showing up on time, the house looks great, and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up when finished. We couldn't be happier!
