The realtor we encountered at this firm, started off with good intentions, but ended up on a very unprofessional note. We had some issues with the amount of attention the realtor paid to our listing. We did not feel that our property was shown enough or listed on the more popular real estate sites. We we found someone interested in our house, the realtor pushed our backs against the walls, with a "now or never" attitude. She also made an unauthorized offer on a house that we liked, and then we told her that we were concerned about affording the house, she just gave up and said that she would be by our house to get the Rayford Smith sign. I was very disappointed in the way this experience was handled. We never even had an open house. When the contract expired with the realtor, she just said goodbye. Trust me, if you want to sell your house, go with a larger, more reputable firm to ensure success. Rayford Smith may be be a good company, but the realtor we used was not a good representation.
