I am surprised by the other review, I sold my home very quickly with this co. Him being the top realtor he knows how to sell homes. Everyone knows that open houses are a marketing ploy used by most agents to get other buyers to sell homes too - tomake other sales. only 1% of homes are sold by open house thats a joke & waste of time. If you hire a realtor or any professional you have to listen to them if you wish to sell. I am not a realtor & I did not demand open houses or stupid things & mine sold in 60 days with them & I tried sterling, & other companies before them with no success. Leave it to the professionals next time.

I recently worked with the Bradford Group and was sorely disappointed. My realtor lied, failed to communicate with me throughout the process, lead to a cancellation of one contract, and did not even show up to sign the final contract. Add to that the fact that Mr. Bradford refused to meet with me after several phone calls expressing my displeasure...the shill above works for the company don't believe them.
