Buying your first house is stressful enough but then it hits you..."Now I have to move too?!". Like most people I have moved a few times and usually it's a rental truck, a bunch of friends, beer and pizza. But being a homeowner for the first time I figured I deserved to treat myself. I asked around (knowing nothing about where to start) and had more than one recommendation for Red Carpet so I gave them a shot. The process was a breeze and the team that worked the move was great! As horrible as it may sound, I honestly expected "movers" to show up. My stereo type was shattered when the crew that showed up were clean, well groomed, personable and most of all caring. I even had them pack everything for me except the clothes on my back and my animals and they treated it all like it was their own. The name says it all, it was truly a Red Carpet experience. Hopefully I will never have to move again but if I do, or someone I know does, Red Carpet is who I will use/recommend.
Full home relocation. Red carpet, white glove service.
Area Las Vegas, NV
Cost $500 - $999

5/29/2013 Two years later I am writing this review because it is still bothering me to this day. I was recommended to Red Carpet Movers by my Realtor. Many items I had moved were destroyed causing me to toss the mismatched remaining furniture :( I did not purchase the extra insurance so they said they could not help the broken items and were not apologetic. They just made me feel like I messed up not taking the insurance option (which is maybe true???). My brand new coffee table, the glass was smashed into pieces while disassembling. They dropped and broke one of my Z Gallerie pieces, and scratched up and nicked pieces out of my bedroom furniture. At the end of the day I would have rather saved the $700 to move across town to just buy new furniture. I think movers should handle with care peoples belongings because they are paying a large amount of money just to keep their things. I'm glad to see others have positive reviews, I may have just been the one-off bad luck customer but I still think about the experience when I look at my bedroom furniture.

I recently took the advice of a friend in real estate and called these guys to move my office. The owner came out the day before to give me an estimate, he told me the cost would run between $800 and $1100. I agreed and booked for the following morning. The guys showed up 10 minutes early, went straight to work and ended up getting the job done early and under budget, Bobby, the lead mover was clean cut, friendly and ran a tight crew. All of the guys were very polite and careful with my belongings. Rarely do you see a group of movers this clean and well spoken. Boy do they live up to their name. I'd highly recommend Red Carpet Movers to anyone looking for a reputable mover in Las Vegas.

For this current move, i immediately thought of red carpet, they had already moved for me in the past, i mean i told myself that they were a bit pricy, but i was willing to spend the money, because i owe really expensive furniture that i didnt want to get damaged, so i decided to go with red carpet.i used these 2 guys from red carpet and the bill was over 1200 dollars, the guys were so nice to us, they took their shoes off, they were very clean and friendly, in other words they really took care of us, so i decided to leave them a fairly large tip. I am by nature a really trusting gal, so with that being said, i didnt really pay attention to my valuables... When the guys left, i wanted to make a phone call to their boss to tell them of how these two guys busted their butts and worked so hard, and i could not find my i-phone which i had left on the stairway. I go nuts looking for it all over the place, no trace of it. I am not someone to accuse unless i see it with my own eyes, so i told myself just wait a few days, unpack everything and then if its missing contact them. I waited nearly 2 weeks to make sure, no trace of it. I called the company, they told me there was nothing they could do, they were totally being unhelpful, and acted like they could give a rats a** if the phone was ther or not. So i let it go!! Tonight im leaving to go to dinner and i cannot find my $1700 versace clutch!!!! Thats it i am calling them tom and filing a claim against their bond, freaking theives!

I have moved 5 times in the last 5 years and let me tell you,I will never use anyone other than Red Carpet Movers in the future. First of all, they were clean and on time. They came in and went right to work, no slacking whatsoever. I moved from a two story to a three story and never heard a single complaint. They got it all done in a timely manner and with no damage to my furniture or my walls. The Guys at Red Carpet are the best. A+ guys!
