We hired Red Level Renovations ("Red Level") to complete a major addition on our home and we could not be more pleased with the process and final product. We looked at a number of well-known high-end design and build firms in the Atlanta area and knew right away that Red Level would be our contractor. We had lived in a 2000 square foot historic 1918 craftsman home in Oakhurst Decatur for 12 years and wanted to add more space for our growing family. Red Level designed a beautiful second story addition for us that was in keeping with our neighborhood and craftsman style, and they were able to tackle the job on time and on budget. The project called for us to completely move out all of our furniture and relocate our family for seven months. Dan and John took control of the house during that period and we had absolute confidence that the job would be done right and that they would treat our home like their own. In fact, during the demolition of the old roof, a summer storm rolled in with strong rain and wind. Red Level's framing and carpentry crew stayed at the house well after dark that evening ensuring that the tarps were secure, and only left after the winds and heavy rain had cleared out.

We love the garage and back porch that Red Level recently built for our 90 year old house in Candler Park. Red Level was extremely professional and pleasant to work with and we are thrilled with the result!

We bought a 65 year old house and renovated all bathrooms and kitchen. We ran into many surprises along the way. Red Level, handled changes well, kept within a reasonable cost, was easy to work with and made it possible for us to live in the house while renovation was under way. I would recommend them for any renovation especially older homes where surprises are inherent in the project.

Red Level has completed 2 large remodels and additions to our home. We were a remodelers nightmare in that we wanted to stay in our home through 2 major remodels. Everything went perfect. Everyday the jobsite was cleaned. Both projects were completed right on time and right on budget. Dan and John never failed to live up to every promise. Their subcontractors are the best out there. Always on time and if they were to be 15 or 30 minutes late due to traffic, they always called and advised us. We have one more phase we wish to complete on our home and I can say this with out a doubt, even if a big name Buckhead Remodeler were to offer to do Phase 3 FREE, we would turn them down. Dan and John are the only people we would ever do business with. We have referred them to 4 other people who have used them to do their remodeling. They were 100% satisfied as we are. Don't use anyone else!

Red level Renovations was very customer focused. From the initial visit to review the job, to providing the services they promised and in a very professional and timely manner. They took care of the details, including multiple attempts to replace the back splash that was delivered broken 3 times. I would definitely use Red Level again and highly recommend this creative and professional team. My only regret is that the renovation was for my kids' bathroom, not my master!

We've worked with Red Level on three jobs now...one large complicated renovation, one smallish experior project, and a collection of smaller jobs. After the first project, my husband and I decided this group would be the first phone call when we needed renovation work done. You know that feeling when you start a building project...are these guys reliable?...will they leave my house a wreck at the end of each day? ...will we get what we envisioned in the end? You get none of those feelings with Red Level. We felt perfectly comfortable with these guys in the house. The work site was neat and cleaned up at the end of the day. We could not be happier with their work and recommend them highly.

We used Red Level to add a new story to our 1920s bungalow, as well as do some additional improvements to the rest of the house. They are a great partner with which to work. John has a great attention to detail, and is committed to quality and satisfaction. He worked with our requests to use "green" materials and processes when possible, and made some great recommendations to us on that front. When a challenge arose in the project, he would present options and collaborate with us on solutions. We lived in the house during the project, and Red Level did everything possible to minimize impact to us. If we had to do it over again, we would absolutely use Red Level. We love our house!!!!!

I worked with Dan Hanlon and Red Level on my second renovation to my house in Buckhead. Having been through it with another reputable firm before, it impressed me even more with their professionalism, ability to keep to the budget, and their ability to keep the site very clean even though I lived in it during the renovation. Additionally, they were considerably less than the alternatives I was considering. I would strongly recommend them for any rennovation.

We had 2 bathrooms remodeled, our laundry room moved and a built-in desk put in the kitchen. The crews in our house were courteous and tidy. Their work was done in a timely manner as laid out in the contract. No surprises with the final cost. I would definitely use this company again.

We were lucky to get Red Level to do a small job ($50K) for us. Because of the economy, they agreed to do our job, whic was a smaller job than their usual project. Their service level was exceptional and the job was done on time and on budget. The subcontractors they used were professional and efficient. The owners of Red Level oversee all the work. I would definitely hire them again and would absolutely recommend them for any significant remodeling project.

Dan and John are very personable and professional and they deliver quality work. I was also extremely impressed with the subcontractors that they used. All subcontractors were extremely curteous and mindful of the homeowner needs. I had 3 bathrooms and my kitchen remodeled and some other miscellaneous work done while still living in the house. Everyone made sure that I was not overly inconvenienced and that my living conditions were managable. They did a great job at keeping the work areas clean after each work day and did a good cleaning of the entire house after all work was complete. John also did a great job of working with me to get the design elements I wanted into the remodeled rooms, keeping me informed of work schedules and managing change orders. I really liked the tile work and cabinet work that I ended up with. They seemed a little on the high side on fees but they stuck to their fee quotes and did not try to jack up fees after work started. I am more than willing to pay a little more to get service and people I can trust. I would defintely recommend Red Level to others looking to get quality work done and would definitely use them again when I am ready to do additional remodeling work on my last bathroom and an outdoor cook area.

I have worked with the owners, Dan and John, before. They do some of the highest quality work around and their integrity is second to none. I would recommend them to anyone, without hesitation
