Red Lobster is one of my favorite little restaurants. My husband took me here 2 weeks ago and the food was excellent as always and the service was top notch. The waitress was very polite, extremely professional and a pleasure to meet. Highly recommend this location.

There were seven people in my part, which at lunch time, could put a strain on a server and we recognized that. The food was what we have to come to expect from any Red Lobster - good quality and decent portion. It was a bit frustrating to have to ask three people for the same drink refill but, that can happen anywhere. Next time it will be better.

What can I say the Cheese Biscuits from Red lobster call me daily. The fish selection is not overwhelming and the prices are good for anyone.

Recently my family and I were there for almost two hours because of extremely slow service. (The wait to be seated was only 10 minutes!) The manager actually came over to apologize and offer us a free dessert, like we would want to be there for another half hour to wait on it. The food used to be very good here, but has really not been good the last three times I went to this location.

About every 4 or 5 years someone talks me into going to Red Lobster and every time I vow 'never again'. I've been there with a date and with a group and it always is a miserable experience. I'm sure that real seafood gourmands will say 'what did you expect?'. Well *$#%%! I just wanted some shrimp or fish and chips. Nothing fancy. I must always get the new waiter or the one who is most disgruntled. In any case, the service is terrible, the food is oily/greasy and overcooked. Which explains why it takes so long to be delivered to my table. I once waited for 45 minutes at this location for a lobster! I guess that's making pretty good time from the coast. If you want actual good seafood try something a little more upscale, Seafood Market, etc. If you just want fish and chips stick to Long John Silvers or Captain D's. No sense in putting up with crappy service for some fried fish.

If you are in the mood for seafood...this is the place. The lobster is excellent and the crab cakes are amazing. This is an all around good choice for the fish lover.

They say cooking with butter improves the taste, but these guys go over board with it...Your other option is deep-fried...So it's not a place for the health-conscious!

Being the first and only seafood restaurant in the Gwinnett Mall area, it has a good reputation for it's service. I don't eat seafood often, but was impressed. This location is always packed on weekend nights.

My girlfriend and I like to go to lunch and get the all you can eat soup and salad. But if you want to see celebrities go here. Jeff foxworthy and family have been here a few times that I was in.
