Red Oak serves steaks, mainly, with classic sides. Appetizers include potato skins, shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, crab cakes, small lamb chops, strips and sticks. Fish and chicken dinners are available, but the big draw is beef: cuts range from a small fillet mignon to 72 ounce top sirloin. Prime rib also comes in varying sizes. An elaborate "mud pie" anchors the dessert tray; several wines and specialty coffees are also available.
