I went hear a few days before my wedding to get my hair highlighted. I asked for chunky blond highlights and a few red streaks and in the end she had given me a full head of blonde highlights (not chunky at all) and then put a semi-permanant red over it so the blonde was orange. I went back to get it fixed and they ended up doing it the same way I had it when I walked in. I paid $130 and never got a refund or a discount for future use (not that I'd ever go back). They were not very customer service oriented at all. I was very unimpressed and angry!!!

I was a walk-in customer and requested a trim. The woman totally lacked finesse and any concept about talking to the customer about what I wanted. She started blow-drying my curly hair straight, never once asking me what I wanted, and with a very abrupt manner. I was completely shocked after about 15-20 minutes of service (maximum), to be charged $37.00. She gave me her card and told me I should talk to her when I next wanted my hair done - I don't think so. I've been happy with Regis previously, but will give this particular salon a wide berth in future.
