I'd already diagnosed the problem with my laptop and in an attempt to save time thought I'd have someone else fix it - I'm not a pro afterall and didn't mind if it cost up to $80 for the fix. They insisted on "diagnosis" and gave a standard charge of $60 - if they'd been the ones to replace the part it would've cost over $170. Instead I brought it home and did it myself; the part they wanted to charge $80 for cost $12 including shipping from e-bay. It took 15 minutes tops to replace; they wanted to charge 1 1/2 hrs. Go here if you have $ to burn and want to be ripped off.
