Go somewhere else. Tech arrived late and obviously didn't want to be at my house. Very rude. Showed him where the leak had been coming from the toilet and leaking through the subfloor four days previously. He flushed the toilet several times, said no leak, told my Warranty Company no leak and left. Not three minutes later the water started leaking. I took a video of "no leak" and posted it to Facebook and other review sites. Called his boss, Cathy who hid behind her customer service rep (who was no help), and had the audacity to ask that I reschedule the appointment for another day with them. Stay away. No customer service. Poor techs that don't know what they are doing. I think it is a ripoff scheme, where they take American Home Shield Warranty service visit fees: they show up, do nothing, and take the service fee per visit. Ripping off the customer at least $75 each time.

On the first trip the plumber was very late. He took several hours and had to leave to go to Home Depot a couple times. When he finished he said all issues had been fixed.I had guests and could not check the work. Once I had the time to check, I found out he did not fix 3/5 issues. I called back and rescheduled. The technician came out, again late. He came out with a part for one of the sinks he supposedly fixed (meaning he knew he hadn't fixed it the 1st time). This trip he did fix that sink and the the second one.However, the third sink (which he actually made worse the 1st time) had to have a part he didn't have.He took the part from the sink (turning off the water) with him and said he would be back the following week.It had been well over 2 weeks and no part, plumber or communication from ARS.When I called the 1st time I was rudely told by the person on the phone it would take 7-10 days and to wait for a call.This was new information that should have been communicated.At over 10 business days I called (on a Friday) and was told "nope not in, nothing we can do" this time extremely rude.I asked to have the plumber call me. No call. I called again Monday, very frustrated and asked if the part was in, and was told it was not.I was then very, very frustrated and asked for the plumber to return the part (so we could have water.) she said not only could I not speak to the plumber but that the part was disposed of. I would have given 1 star however the plumber was polite.

Brian assessed our clogged main sewer drain by running a camera down the clean out. He recommended a hydro jet treatment due to roots growing in the pipe. He was up front about costs and potential problems. He was straightforward and clear about what he was doing and why. Very professional and easy to work with. We decided on a hydro jet and root kill treatment. Very positive experience. Brian is a real asset to his company.

I called my home warranty company last week for service due to a leaking water heater. My repair was assigned to ARS, Rescue Rooter Atlanta. I could have gotten an appointment for the same day ARS contacted me, but I was not available that evening. I was given an appointment for the following day. The technician, Mr. Tim. Garrett, arrived within the time frame I was given. He was very professional, knowledgable, and thorough. He explained the problem with the water heater, and what had to be done, in detail. He patiently answered all of my questions and gave other value information which will be helpful in maintaining the newly installed water heater; and he did a great and very neat job. I would recommend this company to others in need of plumbing service and, although I'm sure all of their technicians are just as proficient as Mr. Garrett, I would recommend asking for him because of the way he took ownership of my problem, he was concerned about making sure I was satisfied with the work he did, he expressed a lot of pride in his work and with doing it correctly, and he took the time, without rushing, to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction; and that I understood exactly what was needed, what had to be done, and why.. I hope not to need plumbing services in the future, however, if so, I will use this company, and ask if Mr. Garrett can be assigned to do the work.

Service tech charged $260.00 dollars to install a $60.00 part on my water heater. The job took 10 minutes. Notice the reviews on this company they are either one star or 5 star for an average of a three star rating. Makes you wonder if the 5 star ratings are real? Would not recommend!

American Home Shield (AHS) dispatched this company to get my water heater working again. (I suspected a bad thermocouple and was correct.) I contacted AHS on a Thursday and a 3:30 Monday appointment with Rescue Rooter required 4 phone calls to actually yield a two man plumber team on Tuesday at 10:00. Johnny and his helper replaced the thermocouple on a very cold, rainy day and were polite and easy to deal with. Correction of coordination challenges with scheduling would produce better customer service. I was only charged the agreed AHS fee.

We loved having joe to our home He was such a breath of fresh air after a previous plumber from same company. If using Rescue Rooter, ask for Joe!!! Great guy, honest plumber, efficient, and friendly. Would use him again.

Brian G., working with his partner, John H., was professional, personable, and conscientious in helping dig up and repair a broken drain pipe just outside my house. He made sure that all my plumbing problems had been addressed throughout the house after helping to install a new water heater several days later.

John H. and Brian G. did a fantastic job on my repair. It was a difficult task and they made sure to keep me informed of each obstacle they encountered and each task to be performed. They expressed sincere empathy for my situation and did a great job in repairing the issue without unnecessary mess or damage to my home. I hope I never have the issue again, but if I do, I will call on John and Brian for the repair.

So professional. He arrived on time,respected my property and home (who knew that blue shoe covers were available), and he worked diligently and quickly. He was on task from the minute he walked in. Discovered where the water leak and damage was from and was able to remedy it the same trip out. Would definitely use Rescue Rooter again!

We hated our shower fixtures. We called ARS and they sent Stephen out to help us. He showed up on time and explained everything that needed to be done and how much it would cost. We agreed and he installed everything for us within 2 hours and cleaned up better than it was before he started. Everything works and looks great. Now we love our shower.
