I had an appointment at 10:15 AM today. By 11:20 AM I was still waiting in the office. When I asked for my co-pay back to cancel my appointment, the office staff was very rude about it. Now look, I know Doctors are busy, and if I was sick and walked into a Doctors office without an appointment, I would expect to wait 1 to 2 hours, but I had an appointment. Just because they are Doctors, does not mean their time is more important than yours. If I make an appointment, I expect to wait for about 30-45 minutes at the most. But over an hour, why even make an appointment to begin with. When I asked the receptionist what was the point of making an appointment, she was rude. When I told her I was not going to let her and her Doctor waste anymore of my time and leave, she was still rude. And when I asked for my co-pay back, she was acting like their was something wrong with me. I guess it's OK to see Dr. Resh if you have a few hours to kill. When I first walked into the office, several people were sleeping. That's a bad sign. Not just the seniors, but young teenagers who were probally there for acme, they were sleeping to. Dr. Resh should get a new staff who knows how to manage an office. Mike Johnson

The doctor is pretty low key, he reviews everything and finally talks to you at the end. Very polite, gets the job done quickly and moves on. Don't expect any fluff just good old lets get to business.

Dr. Resh is a dermatologist that is well respected in the medical community. He's treated my friends as well as me. He's a little more impersonal than I care for, but overall he knows what he's doing and has the experience.
