I have been a patient of Dr. Perez for years and she is wonderful. She gets to the point with no sugar coating. Now the front desk is another story. After my first two or three visits I actually went to another Dr. just because of poor service but found the new Dr. didn't compare to Dr. Perez so I went back to her. Now over the years they have really improved their front desk service so although the other reviews which critisize service are all to correct, most of them are no up to date. I am all to aware that Dr.s vary in all respects so I can only say that Dr. Perez would be an excellent choice.

Dr. Womack is great to see if you have any ankle/foot problems. He is quite knowledgeable, dedicated to getting your problem "fixed", and takes time with you to understand where exactly you are hurting. He is willing to try many options prior to advising you to have surgery. This was greatly appreciated. The wait times can be longer than necessary here at this location. I believe the office is working on this issue because the last couple of times I visited here, I didn't have to wait longer than 20 minutes before getting back into a room to actually see the doctor.

I've been going to Resurgens for decades and my personal Surgeon there is Dr. William Armstrong. Dr. Armstrong is the most capable Orthopedic Surgeon there is IN THIS WORLD! He replaced both of my very painful aching knees and now I am totally pain free! His kind bedside manner, professionalism, and compassion for his patients is remarkable! I will be forever grateful to my Dr. Armstrong for as long as I live. My legs were bowed horribly from birth and the arthritis made them even worse and caused me to limp painfully and I had to use a scooter to get around while doing my shopping in stores but Dr. Armstrong not only gave me great brand new knees but very straight legs! Now I can walk proud and pain free. Every time I go in stores to shop and see the scooters I think of Dr. Armstrong as I walk around in the store all I want and need to totally pain free! THANK YOU, DR. ARMSTRONG!! I WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL TO YOU!! I highly recommend this fine surgeon. As an additional note, Dr. Armstrong performed the very first knee replacement in Georgia! My knees are still doing great after my last knee replacement in 2007! My recovery was quick and astonishingly quite painless and he gave me excellent care all the way until the end when he could release me. The most painful thing in the whole process including the physical therapy afterwards was removing the surgical staples!! That's how easy my replacements were! Now THAT'S saying something!!

I had a fracture to my foot which did not heal and had surgery by their foot orthopedic surgeon to fix it. Well long story short, after undergoing 3 surgeries and still suffering in pain after 2 years I finally went to a great podiatrist who performed my surgery. Afterward he fit me with a custom brace and I have been painfree ever since. My experience with the front desk and customer service were just as bad as other reviews. My advise is seek a podiatrist who truly specializes in foot surgery than an orthopedic doctor from Resurgens.

I made an appt with Dr Armstrong for a specific problem my daughter is having. They had me bring her in, took x-rays and agreed with our original findings. Then told us that they don't treat this problem. So why did they take an appt or take x-rays? If you called a doctor and told them that you think your leg was broken and he told you to come in, and took x-rays and said "Yes, your leg is broken, but we don't treat broken legs here", you'd be upset too. Now I have to make an appointment with a doctor who treats this problem, to pay more money and get more x-rays. They should have told us from the start that they wouldn't treat her. They were dishonest and just did it for the co-pay and the insurance money. It's a disgrace and he should be ashamed to do this to a child.

This was the worst effort of a Dr's office to see a paient. I arrived at 2:05 and did not get into an exam room till 3:20 at that time a technician came and gave me 3 exrays then sent me back tothe exam room. I then waited from 3:30 to 4:40 for the PA to visit. At 4:40 the PA went to visit the patient in the room next to mine and he was yelling at the PA for making him wait an hour at that time I as at the office 2hr and 40 minutes. I came out of my exam room as the PA was exiting the next room and met him in the hall way I told the PA don't worry about seeing me as I was going home I had waited long enough. I approached the checkin deask and explained tothe staff I was goping home and she said fine I advised her not to bill me or my insurance co for any x-rays. This wa the worst Dr visit i have ever encountered and can not recommend your office or any other owned by this corp... On monday I attempted to call the appointment line and was placed on hold for 10 minutes then transfereed to a corp office person who was either eating breakfast or drinking coffee as she did not answer her phone and i left a voice mail that included the above information. As a patient the last thing you want to do is leave voice mails as they never get answered at 9:00 am how busy can you be that you can not take a phone call.

This is the slowest practice I have ever been to in my life. Each visit has taken 2.5-3 hrs and had I to cancel a late morning appt because they were running almost 2 hrs behind. The waiting room just grumbles with unhappy patients. The staff is not friendly (they wouldn't have spoken to me if I had not spoken first) and the dr. storms in for a 10 minute consult, tries to sell additional services and leaves. It does not feel like a nice place to work or visit. On the positive side, if the dr. prescribes physical therapy, that team is top notch. They run on schedule, are friendly and will readily answer the questions that the medical staff in the dr. section is too busy to asnwer.

doctors were rushed, financial person Michelle Love was very brash. TERRIBLE customer interaction. I felt like they were better than me or anyone else in their office. I went back in and was refused service unless I paid for my service in full first, even though I have BlueShield/BlueCross. I'm disgusted with them and would ask you not to give them your business either.

I called to make an appointment and the first thing out of the secretary's mouth was "what is your insurance?"- not warm & fuzzy. After meeting with the MD for a max of 5 minutes, where he did not tell me anything that he was doing during his examination, I was prescribed a drug with horrible side-effects. I was X-rayed by a student tech without my knowledge that it was a student X-raying me, and he had to repeat the X-rays twice. The scheduler for physical therapy was very gruff & unfriendly. I was very disappointed with my visit and found the care to be quite impersonal.
