I have never been warmly received here, but this LAST time takes the cake. I came in wearing sweats. The sales woman said hello. I said hello back and how are you? She said "fine". Nothing else. Then I asked the price of a purse that was hanging high on the wall. She said -I kid you not, right out of "Pretty Woman" - "Oh, it's very expensive". Then as I was looking at some items on a tray, she took the tray away, just as I was finishing up. At that point, I left. I just had to return to point out the "Pretty Woman" situation. They couldn't have cared less. I can almost guarantee that if I had been Tory Burch-Ed head-to-toe, that would NOT have happened. I'm somewhat relieved to see that I'm not the only person who has received rude treatment there. Never again. Well, maybe I'll keep going back and not buying just to see if I get accused of shoplifting also. Or, I could go all dressed up and ask if they work on commission :) Nah, not worth my time.

Every time I go to Revivals I leave Happy. Sometimes the staff is overwhelmed due to their POPULARITY, Free Stylist advice, Great Prices AND COUPONS. I will gladly be patient for a value like this. The owner Robin is a lovely, gracious, talented woman. She makes Revivals Boutique a ONE-of-a-KIND, MUST SEE STORE! A friend of mine who was dressed by Robin for a Charity Event. Ivana Trump was there and she took notice of my friend and came over to compliment her about Robin's outfit. THANKS ROBIN YOU ARE WORTH THE WAIT!

I live very close to Revivals in Narberth and have visited 5-6 times. While I am impressed by their offerings/deals, which is why I continue to return, the service leaves a very bad taste. The employees (mostly middle-aged women) consistently have a holier-than-you attitude and never greet you. I particularly remember one time when trying on a Tory Burch shirt, which was unfortunately too small. Upon hearing that I would not purchase it because of the size, one of the employees suggested that I lose some weight and return later for the shirt (PS-I'm 5'2" at 110). Come on -you work at a used clothing store - don't act like you're something amazing!

I am a neighbor, living very close to Revivals in Narb. My daughter and her friends like to visit the store and browse. Each time they have been in the store they have been accused of shoplifting by the owner. FOR NO REASON. I called Robin, the owner to ask what her problem was, and I could not reason with her. She was very unapologetic and basically admitted that she accused them for no reason and ssaid she would do it again to anyone who comes in frequently and does not buy. I mean WTF???
