Where do I begin? I paid cash for a home in Febuary 2009 and it was finally delivered in April. But, that's pretty much all that has been done. I have called and called but like many others I get the same response "NOTHING". Usually no call backs! More excuses than you can imagine from Donna! Oh yeah, to all future costumers check with Floyd County Public Records Department for past "BAD" business transactions. If you would like to contact me email me at email@example.com. Don't forget the only time Donna lies is when her mouth is moving!!!!

We bought a home from Richard's and have had nothing but trouble out of them. When we call the person we deal with, they are never there, on the phone, or with another customer. We have had too many issues to list here. Please do not buy anything from this company. If anyone has had problems with this company, please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks,

We purchased a home from Donna Richards and she has not delivered the home after 2 months of waiting. Excuse after excuse, and still no home. We will probably have to sue to get our money back. Stay away from them.

They are nice until after you buy the house, then the lying and deceiving starts. Donna, the owner can not answer or return your calls. She loses important paperwork. She is never in her office or "busy". We were told that we could hire our own contracts to grade and do the things needed for improvements. After, they did there work she said that most of the time people are not allowed to hire their own contractors. The guys did their work before Thanksgiving and here it is now January 15 2009 and they still do not have their money. They keep telling us that the checks will be deposited in their account that night, that was suppose to be on Monday. It's Thursday and we were told it would be Friday after 2:30 before they would be in their now. I would not even tell my worst enemy to use this company. I work for a business and I know how they should be run, but the way they do business is not the way to do it. Oh, we were told and we have documents that sat that setup, delivery, underpinning, and AC were included in the price of the house. We had set aside $15,000 for improvements, which include grading, etc. Donna then tells us that any of the $15,000 that we don't use will be used for setup and delivery, but the money is supposed to be taking off our loan!
