I had a tire blow out once and only had a bad spare tire - I had no money for a tow truck or a good tire, my husband was over 35 miles away at work and I had a van full of kids - I took a chance and drove on my bad spare to Richie's - I explained the situation to them and was GIVEN a GOOD used tire - I was not treated any differently from when I was a paying customer - I was treated with respect and for that, they have both my husband and I as lifetime customers - I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for honesty, professionalism, respect for you and your vehicle, and quality service at a very good price to visit Richie's... keep up the good work guy

theis repair shop is consistently terrible and has ridiculous customer service and resolve! the customer is not always right here and they do not accept responsibility for the mistakes!! they charged me extra for the damage they did to my car and still haven't fixed the shoddy paint job to my vehicle! they think it's ok to give bad service!

we informed your husband of the delay in completion of his vehicle and he gave us more time to complete his vehicle. The person who worked on your husbands car walked off the job because we needed him to make adjustments to the vehicle and he refused. I explained all of this to your husband. As far as the extra $400 you husband had alot of body work to be done to the vehicle and he came into to the shop to see the additional work that was necessary to complete his vehicle to satisfaction. Prior to seeing what needed to be done, he approved the extra $400 over the phone. Unfortunately we did not have your husband come in and sign a new contract but this has truely been a learning experience for a young entrepreneur. You stated that the customer service was poor but your husband met with us just about every week to see the progress on his vehicle and to drop off parts. He thanked us many times and stated that he appreciated the improvements made. Your husband has been a customer of ours for the last 3 years. We chose not to release your vehicle because you did not want to pay for what we agreed upon. Now Once the car was completed I personally sent a text to your husband and he responded back by saying his vehicle looks great and he also understood that we needed time to reassemble the vehicle. When it was time for you to pick up the car, you chose to void the verbal agreement of the additional $400. In closing we would like to thank your husband for supporting Richie's Tires & Accessories over the last 3 Years
