Recently purchased a new Sonata Hybrid from Rick Case & worked with Daniel McCormick who was helpful, respectful & wasn't pushy or overly aggressive. While I tolerated the classic "manager/sales guy good cop routine", I got the price I felt was good & the process was very efficient in & out the door. I'd have no hesitation buying from them again.

This dealership does not seem serious about selling cars. No inventory and no desire to sell a car in the future if not today. Told them I could wait and they seemed as if they could care less. I'm shopping Jim Ellis.

Leslie and Darren were particularly helpful. I drove 240 miles one way to buy this car because of the way I was treated over the internet and phone. I have recommended this particular dealership to several friends. I have driven 1600 miles in this car and am extremely satisfied. I wish my local Carl Gregory dealership had even 1/2 of the class that this Rick Case dealership has. I was almost caught up in a bait and switch situation in Ocala,FL so I was skeptical of the price at Rick Case. Darren assured me that the price he quoted me was indeed the price. I was pleasantly surprised to find that he was telling the TRUTH! How refreshing.

I took a guaranteed price from USAA to this dealership and was guaranteed that if I gave them another $1,000 dollars they would meet their agreed upon price. Some guarantee. Beware of this dealership.

I am a repeat customer who is very pleased with the customer service that Monica Brown provides. She is ALWAYS Very courteous and always more than willing to help. She goes the extra mile to follow up and make me feel at ease. She is definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back t Rick Case for vehicles and service.
