I was planning on hiring two separate companies to bring down a tree and landscape my front yard. I brought William out to give an estimate for the tree removal. After talking with him, I decided to give him both jobs and am very happy I did. His crew was extremely professional and worked to meet my condensed timeline. William's knowledge and experience enable him to recommend a wide variety of options that I otherwise would not have thought of. The end product is my yard is now beautiful and functional. Thanks William to you and your crew!

William is knowledgeable about the best way to cut the tree to accentuate light and natural tree growth. Be prepared to pay a 20% deposit. This made me uncomfortable. Every other tree company I received a free estimate from the payment is when all the work is completed.

Run from William Lombardo and his business as fast as you can. Every summer I get his postcard in the mail, and every year I cringe at the memory of what he did to our family. He came in with a lot of religious talk, teaching my children about God (they all go to Catholic school now, no thanks to Lombardo who is JW), ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with my four young children (one son sick with mitochondrial disorder), gained my pity with his story of his wife who has (had?) cancer, and earned my trust. Long story short, I called to cancel an agreement we made the day before (don't we have 3 business days in GA?) but he would not allow me; he would not refund the "$1500 down payment" check--which he cashed immediately. He did a crappy job, and had a nasty, nasty attitude all the way around--AFTER HE TOOK MY MONEY. He is awful, his work is shoddy, and he is not honest. There are too many great tree companies in the metro Atlanta area to give this many business. RUN RUN RUN!!!!!

I was surprised to see your posting today. From the information you posted it appears you have spent several years being upset with me. I must admit I do not know who you are, therefore it is impossible to remember what happened, you being upset with me, or the circumstance that surround whatever happened during the time we were doing the work at your home. We have attempted to identify you by going through our emails and our customer files and I really cannot identify who you are. We have no written records of complaint, or emails that give support to identifying you. We have no emails from anyone requesting return of deposit or unanswered complaints. May I suggest that if the work performed did not meet your satisfaction, and you feel there were things we needed to fix it I would encourage you to reach out to my office to see if this is something that we can attempt to do in order remedy the situation.
I certainly did not mean to offend you with any comment I may have made to your children. I enjoy speaking with children and listening to them and their thoughts. I am a Father of 4 beautiful children, and would not want to do or say anything that would seem unkind, or cause any bad feeling in them or their parents.
Again, if you would like to bring peace to this situation so that you do not have to have all these negative feelings every time your receive one of our pieces of mail, I would be happy to discuss what we could do to attempt resolution.
We can be reached at 770-479-9611.
Owner verbally quoted me extra $400 price because he said trees had to be climbed to cut and hand lowered to ground. However, workers took my fence apart and cut/fell the trees WHOLE into the woods, where they left them. They left my gates wide open and my dogs escaped not once, but twice. They smoked their cigs in the area that was loaded with pine straw, even after I asked them not to. Lucky there was no fire. Put my fence back together in pieces/nailing it together where they had broken the cross ties, and never redug the holes for the posts...so the whole thing was unstable and could have been pushed over easily. They are claiming my fence was old and rotten to start with. NOT!! It's 6 years old and the rest of the fence in the yard is sturdy and fine. It took another 3 days for my fence to be repaired, and the wire still has a gap of 12 inches, that we had to board up for the dogs. Inconsiderate and unapologetic of my time that was wasted supervising this joke of a job, searching for my dogs and being late for work.Trees were supposed to be cut up in lengths to use in fire pit but are still laying whole in the back of the woods, which looks like a tornado went thru. I deducted $400 from final payment for work not completed/performed as quoted, and now the owner is threatening me with a lien/legal action.William Lombardo is a piece of work, and not to be trusted.

I would love for you to be happy and I am sorry if you are not happy yet. I know this was an unusually tight and dangerous work space but some jobs are more dangerous than others. I know you were keeping the debris but I thought the logs in the woods were cut up into 5 foot or less sections. I will send someone by today to cut any that where left to long. John told me that we put the fence back adding concrete to make more solid than we found it and we purchased brand new post. I was told that your husband looked at the fence. If the fence is not as good or better than we found it I will send John back until your happy. We never saw your dogs outside, we only saw them in the house. When your dog ran away when you let him out of the house we gave you $50 and you accepted that as a gesture of good will. please tell us what else would better say we are sorry. SENT

Every now and again, I have to check up on what William Lombardo is doing. He is up to his tired tricks to this day. I don't understand how he can get any kind of good rating. He is a crook, keeps money that you think is a down payment in good faith, smoozes you with godly talk, and does a poor job. He also kept 1600 dollars down payment when he refused to itemize what he called 'beautification' for a sum of $8,000.

Healthy trees damaged, clean up took two weeks, large oil spill in driveway that we had to clean, chipper burned neighbors six-foot hedge, and broken equipment left in driveway for two months.

In 2007, this company did a terrific job. This time, there was no supervision of the crew (the owner stayed around last time). Even though trees were marked, the guys seemed to be clueless, & we had to tell them what was supposed to be done, they left dead/dying branches dangling all over the yard, did not clean up their stuff, including tools, orange tape, soda bottles, etc., and moved some heavy items in our yard without putting them back. ~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~ Your apology was nice William, but the trash is still in my yard, as is orange tape, the bird bath stand they moved, etc. I cannot blame the crew for not knowing what to do, with no supervisor on the job, who should have known what we paid for.

I thank you for your review. Everyone that was on that crew that day has been removed from the company except for 2 employees. With over 17,000 local customers served we strive to do a great job. You review helped us to immediately address the problem you pointed out. We will not let it happen again. Have a great day. William, President RSK MGNT
Great Follow up By Phone and Text . Very Successful at what they do! Followed up to make sure things were done .

William's crews used bad judgment and didn't care about damaging my trees, properly, or my neighbors property. When quoted, I was told the crew would use ropes and rigging to prune the trees. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. A jeep on my front lawn using a pole trimmer was their solution in practice. Another picture is my neighbor's natural area where they decided to drive their log removal machine without permission leaving ruts and chewing up the spring Vinca Major so my neighbors will see tracks for the rest of the year...yes, they're real happy with me right now. The kicker is William didn't even offer an apology or admit his crew did anything wrong. The last picture is more evidence of bad judgment. There was a large dead wood limb 60-70 feet up over an ornamental cherry tree. They didn't use any ropes or rigging and cut the limb for free fall on the cherry tree which ripped the top right off the tree. To top it all off, William never kept me in the loop on estimated completion day/time of the job. A job that should have been completed in less than one day was done in 3 days. When they finally finished at 6:30pm on a Friday night, William hounded me with text messages and calls wanting his final payment immediately no matter what I was doing, which at the time, was having a nice dinner with my family. What a piece of work.

The work done at my house was just what I wanted. I ask them to do some extra minor cleanup and they did. They ask lots of questions about what I wanted and did the work accordingly. I have used them at least 6 times. No one is perfect but some are great. I would say they are great.

Well I needed a tree down. Price quoted by William the owner was out of my target price and the price quoted by other firms. There was a follow up by Brian who did adjust the price to other quotes I have had. I then added another project and the price looked fine. I warned both that there was a somewhat nearby sewer cleanout and that this area must be avoided as there could be expensive damage to my pipe. Well after a week my neighbor reported sewage flowing towards their yard. Had my repair crew look at the problem, they reported that the exposed clean out was crushed and that it would have been obvious to anyone going back in that area. Or said another way the crew may have seen the crushed line an ignored it. Another grip is lack of follow up. I have asked both William and Brian a total of 4 times for a receipt. They email me that it is soon to come, yet I do not get it. Their web site and the two fellows claim to offer service way above the rest, but not from what I have seen.

No one in the office knows anything about this. Here is a copy and paste from the office manager. > No. This is not real. I haven't heard anything about this Sent on the Sprint® Now Network from my BlackBerry®
From: Tracy 770-479-9611 Anyone is free to call office and ask questions about this. Whoever "netseller" is would you please identify yourself or call me on my cellphone at 678-855-1723 and we can discuss this if there is any merit to it this is William Lombardo.
When it comes to yard work, I'm more of a "slash and burn" kinda guy. Called Risk Management and was visited by William, the owner of the company. William wasted no time in explaining that I had several trees that are ornamental (though overgrown) and would be really expensive to replace. He went through the rest of my yard and fully explained that all of my trees were healthy and none needed to be removed, just "cleaned up". Two weeks later, right on schedule, a crew showed up, climbed into the trees with ropes and harnesses and got to work. At the end of the day, my yard was transformed. Those ornamental trees that I was just going to hook up to the truck and rip out, are incredible. So nice in fact that I am planning to add some landscape lighting to show them off!!! All 6 of my giant red oaks have been beautified to the point that I actually will take time to sit on my deck and just look at my trees. It is my opinion that any company that can make trees look like artwork must absolutely know what they're doing. Thank you so much for the wonderful work. Not only will I use them again but will recommend them to all my friends.

William and his team turned my over-grown and cluttered woods into a thing of beauty. We opened up the front to enable light for our lawn and turned the backyard into a space with multiple views. The team was easy to work with, prompt and professional. They are on my "definite" list of firms to work with in the future.

I should have reviewed this company when we used them last year. While this company was working in a neighbor's yard, one of our Bradford Pears was knocked over by a gusty wind. Seeing my distress, a member of that crew came over and asked if everyone was alright; it missed our house by inches. Since they were already in the neighborhood, I asked for a quote to take the tree down. At first, I thought the price was a bit high, but after getting another two quotes, I realized that they were right in line with the industry standard. Since they are a neighborhood tree service, we called them back. We like to support our community businesses. Before they took the tree down, they asked if they could take a look around our multiple acre property to look for additional problems. They found a a few more trees we'd never noticed that were either very distressed or already dead that posed a threat to our house; they gave us a GREAT price for having it all done at once. I know it was a GREAT price because my mother-in-law suffered from a similar incident only with a different company. Her company never walked her property, so she was charged a premium each of the three subsequent times her company had to come out. She still has a dead tree in her front yard, but can't afford to take it down yet. I may have paid a bit more than I wanted to at that time, but they saved us so much in the end. Thank You!
