A relative had just passed away and old negatives were found at her house. I took them to Ritz to be printed. I was told it would be 10 business days. I called 2 weeks later and got Gary on the phone. He was rude and pretty much told me when they get there they get there. I was so upset I did email Ritz. Michael, the manager of the store, contacted me to apologize and said there would be no charge. The problem was I had already paid for the photos when I dropped off the negatives. When I picked them up Gary waited on me and was very friendly. I didn't even bother to point out the pictures were paid for when he made it a point to tell me there was no charge. You think they would have been able to tell that from the packet. I appreciate the manager trying to make it right but I doubt I will do business there again.
