I have been a resident for 2 years and I am chomping at the bit waiting on my lease to expire and get out of this place! Management is horrible, they have NEVER responded to an email and have it has NEVER taken me less that 4 phone calls to get someone on the phone. It's a joke. There is no way they do any kind of background checks on their tenants, no way! I see people selling drugs and doing drugs every week driving through the complex. I can't believe I'm in Marietta! Best advice, run as far away from this place as you can!

Burglaries, armed robbery, parts stolen off of vehicles, coded gates never work, zero security, drug dealer neighbors, thugs. It's a scary place to live. Period.

Since moving here a year ago, there have been numerous management changes and reductions in support staff. The service has become so poor that I cannot recommend this property to anyone else. One month ago, I reported that the gutter and the facing holding it on my building was torn off in a storm. It still is not fixed, despite numerous calls and emails. Others are experiencing maintenance issues as well. This is a shame, because the location of the apartment can't be beat, and the sales staff is kind and helpful. Service after the sale is missing.

Stay away, management is about as bad as it gets. Apartment is remodeled but with cheap items that are installed by even cheaper workers. Gym is a joke, cant use theater, pool table room or basally anything else, because there locked. Overall its overpriced and run by incompetent staff.

I moved in to Rockledge in June and have had a great experience! All my neighbors have been extremely nice and there is always something to do. The fitness center is awesome, I love the river, and the sand volleyball games are fun. I wish the interiors of the apartment were nicer but its still nicer than most of the places I looked at around here. Overall, it's great and I definitely recommend Rockledge!

This is the worst apartment management team I have ever encountered. Such a beautiful and convenient location, but managed worse than a 3rd world country. I wish I could give 'zero' stars. In a recent incident, at the peak of summer, it took the management 3 days to respond to emergency maintainenance request, when the A/C stopped working and leaked water into the apartment. 3 Days!! Dont walk, run away from this place. Another time, it took them 4 requests, and almost 5 weeks to trim the hedges which had overgrown and taken over the walkway, and one had to turn sideways to walk through. Unless you enjoy agony, find another home.

When signing the lease, we were told that rockledge was a safe place. 6 months into living there, there've been at LEAST 3 break ins. There's talk of maintenance crews being the cause, inside jobs, and the management not doing a thing! You better get a lawyer if you plan on being treated seriously! If you're not being robbed, your car is being vandalized. I got my side mirror knocked clean off my car. Other tenants have had their cars vandalized by kids with fire extinguishers! AND NO ONE CARES! The front gate that's supposed to be closed has been broken for months, letting in anyone who wants, to come in. So, if that's not enough to deter you, plan on having your apartment vandalized by Rockledge. We had water running from our ceiling for 2 days before anyone came to fix it. It was due to the construction going on till midnight in the apartment above us. We have cracks in our ceiling that has yet to be fixed. That was 4 months ago. I hate that this is how it is. I've met the people who live around me and have found them to be kind, personable, and suffering from the same negligence. If the management changed, and if we weren't overpaying for a cheap and poorly made "clubhouse", I would have loved to stay where I was. I've paid a fraction of the rent cost to live in a bad part of town and still had better management. Dirty shame.

So, the clubhouse's fitness center is laughable. The pool table or the movie theater is NEVER open for use. the price we are paying for smelly dingy apartments is sooo not worth it. The managers never responded to my request to have the door lock fixed. Overall, they are nothing but a marketing scheme. Not worth it!! Esp. considering my neighbor's dog howled for hours on hours...TOO many big dogs! No one wants to hear them. The river access is like down some shady path, and the pool area's always filled with some annoying residence and their friends.

I have lived here a few months and love it. I moved into a completely renovated apartment and they still let me have my weimaraner, Duke, here!! I love being closer to work but living somewhere I can take him on trails and down to the river. I really couldnt ask for anything more. It beats living downtown and I love being surrounded by nature. Looking foward to the summer and the new clubhouse opening.

I've lived at Rockledge going on a year and I have not had any issues except for the recent ice storm when the roads were icy. I think the location is perfect and I could not find any apartments in this area nearly as nice on the inside. I'm excited about the new clubhouse that opening in a few months too. During the summer, it's awesome having the river behind the community.

I've lived here for years, and while it's had its ups and downs, it's never been as bad as it is now. The new owners are pouring in money into cosmetic changes in the grounds so they can justify their new, ridiculous rent prices (more than Post down the street). In exchange for this, current tenants get ignored, tenants' cars are towed for no reason or damaged by maintenance and contractors, and if you have any actual problems with the apartment, be prepared to call repeatedly for a week to get any response at all. Air Conditioner out? No one cares. You'll suffer for a week waiting for someone to fix it. Pipes leaking through your ceiling? Maintenance won't show up for days until after most of your stuff is damaged. Then they'll charge you a 'mold subsidy' fee for letting mold damage happen while the pipe was leaking. When one of their contractors breaks your window while working on the outside grounds, be prepared to have it boarded up with plywood for a week or two while they decide whether or not to fix it. The apartment complex WILL attempt to charge you false charges. And if you complain, expect to be evicted. They think they have the right to evict tenants in 2 days (in violation of state law). Basically, these people don't know what they're doing, but they seem bent on forcing out their tenants as quickly as possible. Do yourself a favor. Stay far, FAR away. It's a lovely location, and the apartments LOOK cosmetically okay, but it's all a lie.
