The best moving service around! Rockline completed a move for me and things went great. The staff made the paperwork part simple (I was actually able to pay my bill on my phone). I didn't have a super large move, but it was too much for me to handle with friends. The guys never complained once throughout the day. They dissembled beds (even a complicated platform),tables and disconnected the washer/dryer and they reassembled everything in my new place in minutes. Thanks so much for making it a breeze!

I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service. I was overcharged and the movers were unprofessional, slow and rude. My furniture was damaged and some items I never received. I complained to the owners and no one ever followed up. This company doesn't care at all about their customers.

We have moved you on two occasions: 2/21/15 and 9/17/16. At the end of both moves you signed a Completion Of Work form which states: "Customer agrees that the work described in invoice #91716P has been satisfactorily completed." As you know, this same form also has an area to record any damage that may have taken place during a move. Your signature appears on the line that states your complete satisfaction however, the area indicating any damage was left blank by you. (This form is available upon request).
To date, we have not received a list of items in which you claim the following: "some items I never received". We did receive a chargeback claim initiated by you from our merchant services company. After providing our merchant with all the paperwork requested, it was determined that you were not overcharged.
We have completed thousands of moves in Atlanta since our inception in 2011. Rockline Moving has a perfect record of zero chargebacks with our merchant services provider. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST! They damaged by headboard because they packed it terrible and didn't even cushion it at all, which I specifically pointed out before we left and they assured me wouldn't be an issue. Sure enough, when they moved it in I noticed a large chip in the wood that definitely hadn't been there before, in a very visible area. They admitted it was their fault and had me write a claim on a special sheet and someone would be in touch with me about it. When no one called, I reached back out to Brett who was the one who originally scheduled the move. He said it's no problem, they would reach out to schedule a time to come fix it. I thought, wow, great service, I will definitely recommend. I waited and no one followed up. Almost a week later, I followed up again and at this point they began completely avoiding me. I was super polite, didn't make a big deal about the chip, but obviously I expected it to be fixed. No calls back, no answer. I emailed multiple times, sent a message through the website, called their office line literally dozens of times at different times of the day, and left multiple voice messages. I began expressing disappointment and asking them please to call me back to take care of this issue they assure me would be taken care of. No calls or emails back, after weeks of effort to reach out. Just moved from Alpharetta to Atlanta and I had an excellent experience with Rockline Moving. They were extremely professional, affordable, and moved all my furniture - including a giant leather couch, a king sized bed, and web design workstation (which included several computer monitors) - very quickly. And most importantly, nothing was damaged. Scheduling the actual move was also extremely easy. I gave them a call on Monday and was able to schedule a move for the next day. All I had to do was answer a few questions about the amount of furniture I needed moved and they told me how many movers and hours it would take. The team of 3 movers showed up a few minutes early and were very courteous, professional, and had no problems moving any of the furniture even while maneuvering corners. All of the furniture was loaded in the truck in either moving blankets or plastic wrap and all everything was carefully unloaded once they arrived to my new place. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to hire Rockline again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone who's currently looking for a moving company in Georgia.

I used Rockline twice to move furniture I bought at an estate sale and was thrilled with the company. I even served as a reference. However, this past Monday was a horrendous experience. Movers did so much damage to expensive Drexel furniture and an antique gold gilt mirror. I have called 3 times and left a message and have emailed 3 times in three days to talk with Brett Rockline. He has not returned one email or one phone call. However, he charged my AMX even though on the report I said the move was unsatisfactory. Too much damage to both my old home and new home to even list here. Contact a company that is insured and bonded and stay away from a company that won't return your call when you have a bad experience.

We really appreciate your using Rockline Moving and serving as a customer reference in the past. I have called and spoken to this client, listened to carefully, taken notes of all her concerns, and scheduled a damage inspection with her, myself, and our repair expert for Thursday August 6th. We bill all of our clients for the full amount that they are contracted for at the time we finish their job. Rockline's policy and industry standard requires that any outstanding balance be paid before any damage claims or repair request can be honored. During our inspection this Thursday we will identify any damage found, and outline the repairs needed for all. Rockline Moving is fully licensed and insured, in good standing with the Georgia Department of Public Safety (MCA # A006143), and we were insured at the time of this move. This was the best moving experience I ever had...period. These guys are truly professional and it showed many times in our move. Great attitude, clean, on time and really treated our stuff with care. Was not the cheapest in town but not the most expensive either. I would have paid more for that service though.

I decided to use Rockline Moving because they had very positive reviews and their rates were a little lower than their competitors. You are charged per hour based on the number of movers required to assist you and travel time (the total time it takes them to get to and from their office to your location). I called several moving companies so this is standard. The day of my move two guys arrived. They were punctual, friendly and very professional. They wrapped my couch and covered my TV and TV stand. They were very careful with these items. We completed the move within the estimated time. After we reached our destinations they quickly unloaded and reassembled my bed. Overall, I was pleased with the service provided and would recommend them to others!!

I found Rockline on-line and decided to give them a try. They responded quickly with a quote and the process was seamless. Duane & Keith worked fast & efficiently while taking care of my furniture. I would highly recommend Rockline. I plan on using them again in the near future.

I was moving from a 2 bedroom apartment to a one bedroom apartment so I had a lot of stuff that needed to go in storage. The guys from Rockline took care of everything for me with zero problems. I was amazed at how well they were able to work because it was raining. But even though the weather was bad, they didn't skip a beat. And one of the best parts about the move was the unbeatable price. If I ever have to move again, my first call will be to Rockline!

Rockline Moving did a fantastic job. They called to let me know the truck was on the way, the driver went over the billing, and the team did a great job. The driver even brought my attention to a picture he thought might have been broken from the move. I told him the prongs sometimes come out and that they did not break the backing. Not many companies, and especially people, will bring that to your attention. The price was fair and the movers were professional throughout the day. I would highly recommend this company if you need a professional move.

I would highly recommend Rockline for your moving needs. I've used them on two occasions and each time they were prompt, dependable, and very courteous. The professionals that transported my furniture and household goods took safeguards to protect my items every step of the way, never careless, always cautious and prepared.

They were very responsive during the quoting process.They showed up early on the move day and moved our 1 bedroom apartment very efficiently and with care! I would definitely use them again!

I scheduled a pickup for a Sat afternoon with Brett and received an email confirmation on Fri that everything was confirmed. I tried to have him provide me the driver's phone number so I could get an update for the time on the day of the move ( only items were a washer and dryer). Brett wouldn't provide the number but assured me that I would receive a call. I then asked Brett if he would be available on Sat if I ran into any issues and he said that he would be. On Saturday I received no calls. I tried calling Brett, multiple times and only got voicemail. The movers never showed and I had to frantically scramble to find someone to move the items I had purchased from a private seller. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are completely unreliable and the wasted literally hours of my time.

Busy Atlanta residents rely on Rockline Moving to make their day simpler. During the past twelve months we have failed to show up for our moving clients on one occasion. We are fortunate to have this forum to formally apologize to this client, and the opportunity to offer a solution.
We take full and complete responsibility for dropping the ball, and failing to maintain communication that day. We've been in business for three years, we serve hundreds of clients each year, and we make every effort to create a worry-free moving experience daily. For the inconvenience caused, we encourage this client to contact our office to receive a similarly described delivery within the next six months at no cost. We look forward to regaining their trust in the near future.
We were able to set up an appt time within 2 days. My movers moved two large desks from upstairs to downstairs. They were very professional and took good care of my furniture and were careful to not hit the walls. Would definitely hire again.
