The carpeting looked good in the three bedrooms. Upon further inspection, however, there were many small areas of damage. This was a bit frustrating, however, since I painted the walls and the trim two weeks ago in all of the three rooms. Issues: (1) One wall had a small dent from when the lock on doorknob was pushed into the wall. This must have occurred when the door stop was removed and the carpet was installed. (2) There were marks on the trim around closet/entry doors that scraped down to bare wood. (3) one wall had large scuff marks on the wall behind the door. (4) There were at least 15 black grease marks on various doors from when the pins were removed and replaced when the doors were rehung. I provided feedback via email to the installation manager after the workers left, but it has been more than a week and still no response.

Just got my wood floor installed by them. So far the floor looks good but with floors you'll have to walk around for a couple of weeks to make sure everything is installed correctly. The employees were easy to work with and kept the house clean enough considering I am installing a wood floor.

They installed my cork flooring, after they left my wife found chips where the joints met. She called and got the run around. I called the next day and they had the installer call me. He ask me what I purposed to do about it. He said that if I wanted it fixed that I would have to buy more flooring. I called Home Depot and they said if I couldn't get it taken care of to call them back. I went to the store and talked to them. But it didnot do any good. They also left a gap between the floor and the cabinets where the flooring was cut short and the moulding doesnot cover the gap. I wouldn't recommend Romanoff Flooring to anyone. I even told Home Depot that I'm hesitant to buy my counter tops from them because of their installers on my floor.

Bought a laminate floor from Home Depot who uses Romanoff to install. The first day they laid down half the floor without the moisture barrier. They worked 3 hours then left. The second day they didn't show up at all. Several days later a different guy came to fix what the first guys messed up. Finished everything but the moulding. Scheduled a day to come and finish the job and didn't show up again. Scheduled a second day and didn't show up. Finally we called Home Depot and asked them for a different company. These guys don't know what they're doing and don't seem to care.

After doing a lot of research, Home Depot was my choice for carpet in my home. Romanoff was extremely helpful, they worked with my schedule. Sent a professional, experienced crew and did entire house. Totally happy and will use Romanoff again for hardwood floors.

I used them through HomeDepot. Before installed the carpet, I removed old base-board but was going to wait for them finishing the carpet and then put new base-board. However, their customer services, who were very rude, told me that I needed put the new base-board before they installed the carpet. Everyone around me was surprised but they insisted. So I put new base-board the day before they installed the carpet. However, their installation people completely messed up the new based board. After they left, I had to paint the base board again!

William and James were very professional resulting in an excellent carpet installation. Throughout the process they showed me how they would do various parts of the installtion to obtain my approval. Romanoff carpeting are very lucky to have these exemplary employees. Harvey (Decatur, GA)

I was very pleased with the whole house installation that was done for us this week. The installers, Luis Gonzales and his crew , were on time, courteous and very professional. They seemed to go out of their way to try to do a good job. They cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with this experience.

Home Depot sent this pathetic joke of an outfit to go your kitchen flooring. The person they sent is lazy and incompetent. Company is incapable of completing the job on time. Don't use Home Depot for flooring work in the Southeast if it means having them subcontract with Romanoff Flooring. Spend a few more dollars and get the work done by actual professionals.

1st time, RFC installers left huge bubbles, ripples and waves. I called to Home Depot (HD). HD brought RFC out to try again. RFC brought same installers, who did a worst job. I asked for and got a refund on installation only. I love the vinyl and the most expensive vinyl. RFC is horrible. Never again to use Romanoff. Horrible, tch tch tch.

Not sure if this review really matters since I believe Romanoff works exclusively through Home Depot. I contracted with Home Depot to install laminate in a hallway. This hallway is a little uneven and has a small hump due to settling. Long story short, 1) Romanoff says they can do the install 2) Romanoff says they can't do the install 3) Installer comes onsite to examine the eveness of the hallway and says they can do the install 4) Installer comes to install flooring and says they can't do it. I understand their hesitance to not want to do the install even though I offered to waive the warranty. My problem is the fact it took 3 visits by Romanoff and another couple visits to Home Depot to pickup the supplies before they finally said they would not do it. Home Depot had no sympathy for my ordeal. They did refund the installation cost but didn't even offer an apology for my time that was wasted.
