To do my bathroom renovation, I had selected Home Depot. I chose Home Depot because as a customer I felt that a big company, and I expected a quality job from Home Depot services. Home Depot, basically, outsources to Romanoff Renovations. Home Depot takes no ownership of the work that is being done on their behalf. When we tried to reach out to Home Depot, they put us in touch with Romanoff Renovations again and again. Home Depot just collects the money. They do not take care of anything else. Home Depot charges a premium. You can not lodge a complaint, however, about the quality of the job being done on their behalf. I will never get anything done by Home Depot services, and I strongly would not recommend Romanoff Renovations. There is no point in paying the premium just to get the Home Depot name. The quality, I found, is untrustworthy. The homeowner sent an email to the CEO of Home Depot. All documentation and emails were included in the email sent to show how Romanoff Renovation operates. The Home Depot CEO or CEO office never cared to respond back to the homeowner. The CEO office never responded to the homeowner's email. Documentation was given of everything Romanoff Renovations had done wrong. A two-week project ended up taking three months to complete. I think everyone should know how Home Depot and Romanoff Renovations operates. People should know not to waste money on a premium for Home Depot services.

Salesperson "sold" something that was un-deliverable. Contract was mis-informative and written with many errors. Work was not completed as sold. Romanoff Renovations did nothing to remedy the situation. After 6 months, still waiting for some type of solution. Definitely NOT SATISFIED with $21,000.00 bathroom remodel. Tile that they recommended is horrible to attempt to keep clean. Project that should have taken 5 days took them one month and one week to complete with no care that I was without a bathroom for that length of time. Person who I have had to communicate with does not listen and is taking way too long to deliver what was promised.

The process for selecting and getting my shower was easy, I had great people to interact with along the way, from the sales person, the field manager, my ambassador who kept me fully informed an the men who installed the tile and glass. Simple awesome!

This was the worst experience EVER!!! Felt like a scam with a used car salesman. They set up a "Free" consultation, gave us an outrageous quote of $14,275 for a 9ftx5ft bathroom (with all the plumbing and vanity), that needed a shower, toilet, and tile. They blamed us for not canceling the contract in 3 days if the price was too high when we were waiting for an it order in the computer. They are overpriced thats why its their policy NOT to give you an itemized work order so that you don't see how much they are ripping you off for. I just knew there was going to be more than 1 contractor but there was not, and this guy Louis was terrible. He was the most unprofessional contractor. Showed up later than he said every single day and left early every day because his daughter had things going on with school. Not to mention day 1 he showed up tired, complaining that my bathroom was on the 3rd floor, he had no drop cloths and left his materials at another job. So after 45 minutes he left. I signed papers on 1/23, the project manager came out & took measurements 2/6 and they didn't start until 3/26. Then Louis rushed the job and it is messy. There was a small hole in the wall outside of my bathroom, my stairs are chipped, the driveway (where he cut tile and other materials) is stained with something. It looks like I did the work myself and for $14,274 it should look pristine. I am totally dissatisfied and need a refund or discount or something.

This is the fourth time I've used Romanoff Renovations for my home projects but this one did not go as expected. The 4-5 day project took twice as long plus ended up needing repairs due to a water damage that resulted with the second team of installers. Romanoff and Home Depot stood behind their work and finally completed the project over about a 3 week long period. My first installer stole a carpet remnant from my garage and was replaced a couple days later by another team of installers who were not equipped or knowledgeable to complete the job. I will give a shout out to Ben R who successfully repaired the damaged sheetrock and repainted my downstairs ceiling after the water damage from the upstairs water burst. Overall, I would rate Romanoff management very high but unfortunately, they need to ensure their installers are qualified for every aspect of the project and not just "handy" in some areas.

Salesman promised a completion date before Christmas. Actual completion date was late February. Installer did good work, but housekeeping was poor. Installer did not have in writing what was included in project. We had to demand 2 coats of paint and what to paint. The glass door installer did not clean the silicone from the floor.

Horrible experience. Small bathroom project was scheduled and paid for in advance the first week of November 2017 and we were made to believe the work would be completed by Christmas 2017, but it wasn't even started until January of 2018. We were told the job should only take about 5 days and it ended up taking two months, so it wasn't done until the end of February, due to mistakes and repairs to poor workmanship. We paid a small fortune because we wanted the job done quickly and professionally, and what we got was a nightmare instead.

I took pictures, and it was excellent as far as I was concerned. I showed the pictures to someone that had their house done by someone else, and they commented on how much better my work looks than theirs.
