I can't comment on the food because it was so unbearably noisy in there, and it took so long for anyone to even acknowledge our presence, that we left without ordering. The menu looked interesting, but I already had a splitting headache from the noise level and couldn't stand being there another minute. We must have been there 20 minutes and no one even offered us water.

I go to Macaroni Grill for one thing -- the CHICKEN TUSCANY soup. It is delicious! They also serve wonderful bread with peppered dipping oil. I have also had their sandwiches and they are great too. Visit the restroom and you will learn a bit of Italian with the language lessons over the speakers!

This is one of my favorite places to go for good Italian food. My favorite is the pasta with shrimp and pine nuts. Yum! The bread is good, the service is good. You can't usually go wrong here.

Romano's Macaroni Grill in Oceanside is just off the 78 and has plenty of parking. Families will find a nice dining room, and smaller groups can always eat in the bar. The food is always nicely prepared and presented and the cost is reasonable. They serve non stop from lunch thru dinner. It's a favorite of mine.

This is the best place for italian food. A new menu item is the Pino Grigio chicken which is absolutely fabulous. The bread they bring to the table is warm and delicious. This is definitely a return visit restaurant

The food was good, the atmosphere was nice, the waiter was phenomenal. Matt K. was by far the best waiter my wife and I have had in a long time. He knew all the food, was fast, quick, and had a certain charm waiters/waitresses just don't have anymore. We were both very pleased with seeing some good old qualities in severs we really haven't seen in the last 15 years or so.
