As a private teacher, I don't let my students go anywhere but Ronald Sachs to get their instrument. I continue to be amazed at the work they put into making each instrument to the finest detail. Not only does Ronald Sachs make student models that have impeccable craftsmanship, but the playability, tone, and dynamic projection of their instruments are exceptional. The setup of their student model instruments have proved far better than even the "upgraded/professional" models sold by any of their competitors. Whether you are an advanced student in search for a professional instrument or a parent looking for a "rent-to-own" beginner model for their child, I highly recommend Ronald Sachs for quality instruments that far exceeds that of any of their competitors.

I'll admit that I am very particular when it comes to my instruments. I wanted the best quality work done on my violin and was unhappy with the mediocrity in Atlanta until I met Ron. He actually walked me through the repair process and let me watch him do it. Not only was his repair cost less than at other shops, but his care for my satisfaction was superior. I am very thankful I found Ron. He treated me like a person and not just a customer.

I sent my grandpa aged violin and bow for repair to Mr. Sachs's shop and found both of the items were not done correctly. I thought they are the experts I could trust. Was I wrong? ...perhaps. Buyer be ware, do your research and compare the price, (they're not the only repair shop in town) or you may end up be an unhappy customer like me. Let's hope 3rd times the charm. ******* ******* ******* ******* Finally, they got it right by taking time to do it the right way and not cutting corners. No offense, Mr. Sachs and his staffs are nice people however there's opportunity to improve regards internal communication. Customer cares about the result not excuses. I'm glad at least Mr. Sachs stepped up to own his staff's error and took action to correct it. The other customer I met in the shop seemed to be happy with their work.
