Greg came to fix my air conditioning. He was extremely friendly and fixed the issue quickly. He explained exactly what the problem was and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use Ronald Smith Heating and Air in the future!

Greg came to service our units, he did a fantastic job explaining everything, answering questions and getting us a quote. We were very happy with his diagnostics and explanations - he really knew what he was talking about.

Robert Smith was very personalble and knowledgable, he was extremely helpful in planning our system upgrade.PM Allen was right on the ball all day. Installers Todd, Eric and Eddie were the best! They worked like Trojans all day, no breaks no fooling around and had the job done in one day. This was a large upgrade for our home which is a tri level plan. They even organized and repaired our duck work which looks newer now than when we bought the house new. I will never use any other HVAC Company and would recommend this company to anyone who ask. Every aspect of this project was smooth even the telephone conversation with Rene the Office Mgr. This is a quality company doing quality work.

quick summary of my problem, house was vandiziled and Hvac was trashed completely. the best thing i did was call Ronald Smith Heating and Air, these guys really knew there stuff, very polite and very efficient they completed my house in about 2 days (i have a 3 story house). From the first phone call to get them to come look at the damages, the salesman and installers were great all the way to the last follow up call i recieved to check my satsifaction. I highly recommened this company to anyone in need of HVAC help.

I have used these guys since the first time I needed HVAC work done on my house. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, the service programs they offer keep everything running great, and their response time in fixing problems is super quick. I'm going to be using these guys for a while.

Recently, after having a problem with my heating system, a friend of mine recommended Robert Smith Heating & Air. After a morning call, an appointment was scheduled for the same day. When the techician arrived we discussed the issue. Within a few minutes the tech had found the problem. He explained that I could make the repair myself, saving money beyond a service call fee. Not only did the tech make the offer for self repair, he also took extra time to look at my system & advise me on ways to extend the life of my equipment & make it more efficient. This type of proffesionalism is greatly appreciated. Expecially in today's times. KUDOS to Robert Smith Heating & Air. Benny Adams

I called Ronald Smith Heating and Air because our air conditioner had gone out. Lee came out initially to assess the problem and to give us an estimate on a new unit. He was very thorough in explaining everything and letting us know our options. Based on recommendations, we eventually replaced both the heating and air units. The service transaction was very smooth and professional. The technicians were on time the day of the installation and explained everything in great detail. We were very pleased with the service and the quality of the units installed. I would highly recommend Ronald Smith Heating and Air, awesome service!

My Old heat pump went out, I called Renee at Ronald Heating & Air to find out the cost of a new one, and she was up front, no salesman (thank goodness) the great price she quoted was what I paid. The installation was amazing!! Todd, Adam,& Eric were great!! Love those guys!! Please don't waste your time and money on anyone else...you will love Ronald Smith Heating & Air :)

My furnace went out, I was stressed I have 4 kids one is a 3 month old baby. I put a call in to them and Robert call me back almost Immediatly and with in an Hour Lee was at my door and He had fixxed the problem and was gone in no time. We really appreciate the kind and speady service call even afterhours. We are now back to normal and I am not stressing on my kids being warm on one of the coldest nights. I called before 12pm. Lee came out around 2:30pm. He looked at EVERYTHING..got my downstairs system moving again. HEAT!(The heat had just stopped blowing, and was currently blowing cool air - been about 2 weeks.) If I have any other issue's I will call again and ask for Lee.

Called them this morning and they were here within 2 hours. Over the past year we have had several HVAC companies come to help combat our over the top energy bills. With each visit other HVAC companies would tell us we need replacement units for our 3 current units, due to the dual/heat pump. Lee(Ronald Smith Heating and Air) did not say we needed a new unit but instead he was upfront and honest. He re-wired and replaced a couple of therma-stats to help our heat pump work more efficiently. Can't say this enough... I am thankful for a job well done with honesty. When we do have to purchase new units you can bet we will be calling this company.

Could not have been more pleased with our experience. We had a safety issue where flames were jetting outside the heating unit located in the crawl space. Ronald Smith performed an inspection almost immediately and gave us several options to meet our needs. The two man team replaced both our furnace and Trane air unit in one day...in the rain. They didn't even break for lunch. Outstanding service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Windell Driskell Mableton, GA.

I am very happy with my service from Ronald Smith Heating and Air. My furnace broke so I called on a Sunday and left a message that I needed to schedule service. My call was returned shortly after 8am on Monday and they were able to schedule a technician to come out that afternoon. Greg showed up right when expected, quickly diagnosed the problem, and was able to install a replacement part. He walked me through the issue and the charges which were very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any future issues!

The first place I called to repair my furnace could not come out for two weeks and Ronald Smith sent out Greg the next day. He found the problem and came the day the part arrived from the manufacturer.
