Paid with Debit Card (cash) for living room set and was "sold" the fabric protection for $50 per item totaling $150. After review, we decided to call and cancel the fab protection. Sales person gave us the run-a-round finally being rude enough for me to cancel the entire order. She lost the sale over $150. RTG Cust Serv would only issue a check return even though there is no mention of return policy on receipt, on pamphlets or at register when checking out. I was able to get them to send chk back to us 3 days instead of 10.
