There are 2 key ingredients often over looked, crust and sauce. Their sauce is not bland infact it has tremendous flavor and the crust is wonderful. Could use more toppings such as Spicey Sausage but other than that its the best pizza in town. I suggest the "double crust".

I grew up in the midwest so I am a BIG fan of Chicago style pizza. This thing weighs ten pounds and just oozes cheese and sausage. They have fantastic fried mushrooms too. THe price is a little hefty when compared to ordinary pizza but Rosatis doesn't make just any pie.

Rosati's is the best pizza you'll find in Las Vegas especially if you've come from the midwest or east coast and are particular in your pizza. I've traveled across town many times to pick up Rosati's pizza and that's saying a lot since it's about 20 miles from where I live and being that there's no sit-down restaurant attached to the store, I'm forced to either bring it home and eat it semi-warm, or eat it hot in my car (and make a mess). It's worth it though. There isn't a better pizza to be had in Las Vegas.

I have to admit finding a good pizza in Las Vegas can be a task. Especially a Chicago style deep dish. Now having worked in Chicago for a brief time, I who Love pizza more than any food out there can attest to the authenticity of this pizzaria's pizza. However the taste is still just not the same as what you get in Chicago. But hey beggers can't be choosers. This is good pizza, get some.
