Who would think that a "tavern" would have such delicious food? I love this place! The menu is great with something for everyone. My personal favorite is the the crab cakes. they are the best I have ever eaten and at such a reasonable price for 4 good sized cakes. YUM! The other great thing is that they stay open late~ good food available til 2 a.m. Imagine that! Eveything else is closed up tight by 10. The owner checked on us when our waiter got busy with a large party which we really appreciated. We have been there 4 times and I know we will go back. In fact, I am considering having our office Holiday party there. Big groups are no problem for them. The other nice thing about R&C is that any kind of dress is OK, shorts, jeans, whatever. very comfy. Plenty of sports on the multiple screens and a big bar too. what's not to love?

This is an awesome new bar at the intersection of I-75 and I-285 on the northwest side of Atlanta. Five minutes east of Vinings off of Powers Ferry Road / Windy Hill Road, but minus the Vinings prices! Food is great! Beer is cold! Many flat screen TV's, pool table, dart board, and NO smoking! Nice flexible atmosphere. Is a great place to bring a date, your spouse, your family or just by yourself. They even have karaoke on Thursday nights and a live band on Friday nights, so it's guaranteed fun! Highly recommend!

Four of us went, only one enjoyed it. Bad service and food. Cole slaw should stay in kitchen. Fish & Chips were cooked in old oil and was burnt and oily. Mushroom gravy for chicken tasted like salty grease. Waitress brought empty tea glass and took ten minutes to get it filled. Another ten minutes to replace beer with fly in it. Food is not very good and service was worse. What a wate of money, $25 for fish & chips and one beer, and time. We will not go back.

I've been here twice now. Both times the service was average at best and on a par with any chain restaurant. The waitress (1st. visit) and waiter (2nd visit) were very forgetful and having to come back to the table multiple times for the same thing. The food was very blase and in my opinion not even on a par with chain restaurants. Neither of my visits were at a particularly busy time. Overall, two strikes for me I have no incentive to keep coming back.

So excited this place opened, we've been needing a place like this. I've made Friday happy hour reservations for the next month, it's a blast. Food is really good, quality, value, etc. Staff is friendly.

This review is in reference to the Powers Ferry location. While I was excited to have thee Ol Rose & Crown in my neighborhood, I was disappointed by the service and food. I ordered the Fish Tacos of which were horrible! Very dry and tasteless! The corn tortillas were like rubber and the chunks of fish were tasteless but the cabbage dry with no flavor and a spit of green salsa..that's it! VERY BORING DISH..I highly advise revising that recipe! The Sweet Potatoe fries were greased out and dossed with too much brown sugar (much to not compliment any dish..) My wine came to me in a dirty glass (lipstick & finger prints) The waiter SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT THAT! As he was clearly a fry short of a happy meal in that he had to be told everything twice. I can see having a bad day but that kid was just ditzy. You have a Burger order...Ya offer & or bring ketchup and mustard.Hello. Just the whole experience was extremely subpar! I like the Rose & Crown but I find it more for drinking than eating the only thing that I along with my friends found to be good was the FishNChips. Buffalo Wings were dry, Sauce those up a lil to! STEP IT UP MANAGEMENT!

Great English pub atmosphere right in the heart of Buckhead. This is a great place for billiards, a game of darts, or just a few pints at the long bar in the back. There are lots of better places to eat nearby, but if you're just looking for fish & chips, you're fine. The large patio outside is a great spot for people-watching (and pints) during sunny weather.
