That's correct, I said frightening. I am a marketing professional that has been dealing w/ vendors for years. I stopped on my way home to pick up my 27 t-shirts & 12 other shirts I hand delivered for screen printing for my employer. The t-shirts ready to go. The 12 hand delivered shirts were not complete. This would have been fine, if I had been called & told that the material the shirts were made from was not workable. Rose admitted that she "dropped the ball & forgot to call me" it was Marty (her spouse) that went off the handle telling me that even if I knew a head of time there wouldn't be anything I could do about it. I explained to him that I could have investigated other shirts that would have worked better, now I did not have the time to investigate other routes. He cursed & threw my credit card at me from across the other side of the counter & told me that my "other options" were to leave w/out any of the shirts. I could not believe this. I promise any reader that I maintained a professional demeanor through all of this. I tried to explain to Marty that we had a professional agreement. He yelled "call the police then!" He tossed his phone on the counter in front of me & said "Here! use my phone to call em'!" I stepped outside & I called my VP & explained the problem. I'm not sure if Marty thought I was on the phone w/ the police or what, but after I hung up my phone he offered up the completed shirts. The entire event was suspicious.
