I prefer dealing with local mechanics over dealerships, so when I started working near Roswell a few years ago, I began taking our cars to Dennis at Roswell Autocare. He has always given me a fair and reasonable price for the work performed, and it's been done right every time. Places like this are hard to find.

I've been using Roswell Autocare for my cars and truck for several years now and have been very pleased. They are aware of the common issues with my cars and generally nail problems (even the very tricky ones) on the first round. They are really sensitive to costs on my behalf and take a much more practical approach than the dealers tend to. I've also found them to be supremely trustworthy and transparent about what they're doing and thinking. I'll be using them for my car repair as long as I can.

I was having problems with my minivan and a good friend told me to go see Dennis and that he would take care of me. I really feel for the first time that my mechanic was being honest and straightforward with me. No worries when you bring your car to this shop. A+. Thanks!

I was totally surprised in a good way. Dennis was very nice and very knowledgeable about my car and its problems. He fixed it and had me back on the road in no time. Thanks a bunch..

I brought in my car for an axle repair that two other mechanic shops could not seem to get right. After breaking down for the third time due to same issue, I brought my car to Dennis. He diagnosed the real problem right away, recommended the repairs and charged me half the price other intown repair shops were asking. My car runs beautifully. I am so happy with the service I received that I recommend Roswell Autocare to everyone I know. Honesty, fair pricing, outstanding service. Its a win, win, win for the customer.

I don't know what these other reviews are talking about. I am a small business owner here in Roswell and have dealt with too many shady mechanics, and believe me this is not one of them. I found out first hand that they are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I will not take my car anywhere else EVER. I am a customer for life, Thanks Dennis.

I purchased a VIP program from Chris Armstrong for $60.00. when I called to make an appointment using one of the "free" VIP plans, I was told the programed was over and was hung up on!!! All that money down the drain!!!!! DO NOT USE ROSWELL AUTO CARE!!!

I needed work on my transmission, and they repaired it instead of replacing it which saved me a lot of money. They could have easily told me that it needed a new one. It is nice to be able to trust your mechanic. It has been running perfectly since it was fixed several months ago. I would recommend them to everyone.

If I could give this shop something less than poor, I would. Issue after issue with this place. Poor workmanship and customer service. Took in for transmission repair which fell apart shortly after the 1st "repair" and then failed 3 more times after that. On one occasion, I was stranded out of town and had to pay big $ to tow the car AND myself back to town. Issues continued for over 1 whole year and I got to the point where I was traumatized mentally just thinking about dealing with them. Unhappy mechanics and managers who came and went so often, I never knew who was working on my vehicle or who I would be dealing with. In my opinion, they never made right on the trans issue, and I was stuck with the multi-failure rebuilt trans no matter what I did. Very unhappy with that. Now I can never go out of town in my own car because I am not confident in the integrity and safety of my transmission. For that reason, I never drive with children in this vehicle. Stay away! For what it is worth, I am also female and I am so, so tired of having to deal with auto repair places like this. What ever happened to integrity?
