Completely unprofessional and fraud! Don't believe these fake reviews! I made the mistake of believing these fake reviews and was shocked at how irresponsible and money hungry this place is. They convinced me that my 3 1/2 year old needs to be sedated in order to get a filling. Upon checking with his pediatrician she advised against that and showed me a recent study by John Hopkins that shows that sedating children under 4 years of age can result in brain damage and development delays. I called them back to cancel his appointment three weeks in advance and request the $300.00 down payment to be refunded but was utterly shocked when they told me it was non refundable! Worth mentioning that they called us twice in the past couple of weeks to inform us about cancellations and asking us if we could bring our son that day. Not sure why they were trying so hard to rush us to get that done. I won't trust this place with my child's health, neither should you. Neither I nor my two cousins are taking our children there again.

My daughter went to Dr. Nathan for 8-9 years for a routine cleaning. Never had cavities or any major issues primarily I think because I pushed her hard to keep her teeth nice. Now that she is older and still practicing the great habits, she has moved on to an adult dentistry where many problems have arised. The selants that were placed on her teeth were done incorrectly, and have lead to cavities. While she wore braces, her gums were becoming weaker which can be expected because food is more likely to get caught but Dr. Nathan and his staff never pointed it out and always gave her a great rating on the evaluation sheet. Today she will continue to battle against weak gums and have to work twice as hard to keeps her teeth and gums even healthier due to the negligence of Dr. Nathan's staff on this aspect. Avoid to avoid costs in the future!!!

My experience was awesome! They always have smiling faces, very informative and just overall courteous! I really feel like they cared for my daughters oral care, and made her smile from ear to ear leaving the office. I will highly recommend her!

I have been bringing my children to Roswell Pediatric Dentistry since 2006. The staff is so friendly and helpful and makes us feel special at each visit. Dr. Nath and his staff have made my children's dental appointments enjoyable even the not so fun visits when one of them needed to have a cavity filled. Dr. Nath has always answered all of my questions and has educated my children and I on prevention! My kids absolutely love going to the dentist. Thanks Roswell Pediatric Dentistry! You Rock!

My kids have been going to the roswell office for 5 years and we have had nothing but the best service from Dr. Nath and his staff. We love their saturday hours. Even though my kids have been going here for years i go back for cleanings at every appointment. They fixed 2 cavities on my 6 year old in the past, I was freaking out... but Dr Nath and his staff were so comforting and quick, that before i reached the waiting room to sit down, they were done with the filling . Best experience ever.

I recently took my 4-yr old son to See Dr. Nath and was shocked by his terrible policy and attitude. We agreed the whole procedure (fillings and sealants) to do on my son it started. After laughing gas, I was asked to leave the room due to his office policy requiring no parents staying with the kids for fillings. I abided by it although it's NOT reasonable. After 20 minutes, his assistant walked out with my son and told me that we had to come again to finish one filing. I was surprised why I was not communicated before they made the decision while I was just outside in their sitting area. I was brought to see Dr. Nath, his attitude is horrible. I just asked why he didn't discuss with me before stopping the procedure. He yelled at me that he had spent too much with me and I have crossed a patient's border to question him. He asked why I should be unhappy given that he has made the best decision for my son to stop the procedure although I never questioned the correctness of his decision but just want better communication. Then he chased me out of his office and yelled at me:"I won't take your son as my patient any more. Please find another dentist for the unfinished procedure." You see this is really the best decision he made for my son. This is my first time to leave an online review. If you are parents really caring about your kids, please avoid this office and Dr Nath. Otherwise, choose him but never question him!

Dear Lovingmom77, we appreciate all the time you have taken to so clearly describe your visit. We appreciate all reviews, both negative and positive. It is unfortunate that your child had so many cavities at such a young age. In cases where kids are coming in so young with cavities, as a pediatric dentist making a decision on not completing treatment due to the child running out of patience, we felt best to finish the treatment at another visit. We have never in this field had parents upset about unfinished treatment when it was in the child's best interest. We will not complete treatment forcefully on very young patients at the parent's demands, due to parent's inconveniences. That is the clinician's decision for the best interest of the child. We never have or will ever "yell" at or "chase" any parents or patients. We handle every parent and patient in a professional manner. We always let parents back for laughing gas to help settle a child down if they are anxious. We go over our office policies numerous times, and even refer out to another clinician if our policies do not suit your needs. We have no issues with any questions being answered from any of our numerous patients and parents. We wish this parent and child the best at their next dentist. Please call our offices if you have any other questions directly at 678 352 1090 and ask for Amanda, so we can better understand you. Sincerely Roswell Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics.
My girls really like this place. The hygienists are so patient and nice to the kids, especially to my daughters who are a bit shy and reluctant. The care is and always has been fantastic and they are so committed to ensuring your experience is positive that even areas that aren't considered their 'core competency' are fantastic.

When we realized braces were going to be needed we made an appointment for an evaluation at a different office. We decided there must be something better out there and we were so right. Roswell Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics P.C is a pleasant, well organized and efficient place to go. The staff is exceptional and knowledgeable. We are very happy we went with our second choice. Thank you for everything.
