I moved into my new house a few months ago and couldn't figure out why my master toilet either continually ran or wouldn't flush. Roto Rooter showed up early and easily detected the problem and fixed it for me for a very minimal cost. I've experienced plumbers in the past and these guys were by far the most courteous and pleasurable to deal with!!
I had a major bathtub drainage issue, so I called the folks at Roto-Rooter to come out. The service man was so nice and helpful! He gave me a quote and told me how to prevent the issue in the future - what a great company! I'll definitely be calling them again in the future~
They have great people, was having problems and they were there before I knew it. They were courteous, fast and I would defenitely call them for all my plumbing needs and recommend them to my friends.
Technician arrived 30 minutes late. His eyes were completely bloodshot and he smelled like smoke and alcohol. Quoted me $195 to snake my bathtub drain and $95 each additional drain... Next morning I called and spoke to Tim (manager?). He basically accused me of lying about one of his employees. Also told me that I was quoted $145 for the first and $95 each additional... What a joke! Save money and look elsewhere for better service.

I had a water pipe leaking in the basement and contacted Rotor Rooter to come and check it out. I was advised it would be a rate of $79 dollars and hour with an hour minimum. The technician came out; tighten up the connection on the pipe to stop the leak within 5 minutes. I didn't want to pay almost $80 for minute's worth of work and asked the technician to look at some plumbing work I was completing in an upstairs bathroom. The gentleman had no problem looking at the project and providing advice and answering the many questions I had.
