Our service rep, George was fantastic. We were very pleased with his attention to detail on our service needs, his follow-up. I just want to let you know that George Brostenianc went above and beyond to correct the issue with my vehicle. My Edge was in for a high pitched noise that was constant. The first time I brought the vehicle in, they changed the blower motor and the pitch did not go away. George had to leave early that day and another service tech told me that it was normal and to come and pick up my vehicle. I explained I would be there in the morning. The following morning George called to tell me he was not satisfied with the results, and asked if I could leave my vehicle there so he could further look into the problem. When he and the other technicians could not locate the issue he then contacted Ford directly for suggestions. He had me pick up the vehicle so I would have transportation while he waited for an answer. He kept in contact with me constnatly to keep me informed of the progress. George actually had a Ford rental car so that I would not be "stranded" without my Edge. He and the Ford Engineer located the problem, corrected it and George called me with the good news. George then arranged a convenient time for me to bring the rental back and pick up my Edge. Please note that George is a great asset to the dealership and to Ford Motor Company. I can't tell you how impressed I was with his service and level of communication.

Mike is the best sales person on the face of this earth. He's professional and caring. I'm pleased with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

My original intent was to form a relationship above all else when I began my search for a new auto. The result was very positive with Evilasio. My experience started and ended on a great note. This is the first Ford I have bought and that is saying a lot. Evilasio helped work through any problems or concerns I had which made me feel like part of the Ford family.

Fantastic service at all points in the experience! Our sales person was extremely knowledgeable and convinced us that a Ford product was the right choice- we are thrilled!

First of all the 2013 Explorer I leased is an outstanding vehicle. It rides terrific and the sound system is great. It is a pleasure to drive. Secondly I have only positive comments regarding my sales consultant James Stevens. He went the extra mile to handle all of my needs. He is an asset to your organization.

Our experience at the dealership was great. Our sales person Tommy was great, friendly, courteous and explained each question we asked. I would recommend Tommy to any customer.
