I've attempted to give this dealership the benefit of the dought simply because it is near my house. However, I would preferr to drive to Cobb County rather than deal with these guys again. Their dianosis I feel is not accurate, but sure to charge you of everything to include waiting fees...Quick to charge for future service, no repeat business discounts nor service that was done prior and now a redo is needed discount. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

For a recent repair, I was told that all new Subaru parts would be used. It was easy to see that at least one of the parts was just a repaint of my old one (paint was still drying), or another used power steering pump reservoir although I paid for a new assembly (pump and reservoir). I also doubt their diagnosing techniques. It seemed to me that they just kept replacing parts without properly determining the root cause of the issue first. It's possible, but hard to believe, that a recently replaced (less than 25k miles) water pump and timing belt needed to be replaced again, and that they didn't diagnose the power steering pump noise until after the water pump and timing belt were replaced. I paid dealer prices for what I thought would be Subaru parts and service. As this place is no longer a Subaru/Isuzu dealer, I might as well go to an actual Subaru dealer for work. I don't recommend this place, and won't bring my car back for anything in the future.

When I was in the market for a new Subaru, all of my Subaru-owning friends in ATL recommended Royal. Sure enough, they gave me the best deal out of any Subaru dealer in the Southeast. On top of that, their service department is outstanding. They have taken great care of me and my new ride. They even remember my name when I take my car in. It's no wonder they have so many loyal customers.
