A wonderful small location that takes great care of your pet and will give it the best hair cut. The quality truly comes out in the owners work. The difference between DKNY and walmart! You get the best cut for your pet and it shows! I diamond in the rough!! <3 <3

The man who owns this business is rude & obnoxious. I dont know how he can keep his business running. I had an encouter with him where he competly disrespected me, speaking to me in an obnoxius tone of voice in front of HIS customers. This is not my first encouter with is rude attitude.I hope he treats the animals better then his customers.I thank him for doing me a favor & allowing me to walk out the door to someone gentle & kind, who respects their cutomers & animals.Customer service is so important in this time when business are suffering. al

Not only is the owner of Ruff cuts very rude, his establishment is dirty. He does not sweep in between grooming dogs. His entire floor is covered in hair so your dog has no choice but to be exposed to all that fur containing god knows what. AND THE WORST PART... My sceond to last visit there ever I had to witness the following... He stacks the dog crates on top of one another- WITH DOGS IN THEM ... and the top crate, containing a small dog actually fell to the floor because the poor thing was shaking and barking so much. The owner as well as a "gentleman" who worked there simply laughed and picked the crate up. They didn't even bother to see if the dog was ok. I gave them one last chance today... My poor dog's nails had gotten too long and I was in desperate need to go somewhere close just to get it done. Things have hardly gotten better, I won't make that mistake again.
