I myself am not very tech savvy. However, R.W. Lynch does a great job at utilizing the different media outlets and handling our calls in a way that simplifies everything. I really appreciate the support team as well; they have been more than helpful in resolving any small complaint or issue that may arise.

While the yellow pages served its purpose, our firm has been trying to expand our clientele database and maybe even open up a new firm. This wouldn't have been a possibility without using RW Lynch. Their system helped us reach far more clients than expected and the cases we did take on gave our firm a great boost!

Just like any personal injury marketing, there have been some odd ball calls, but overall the quality has been great. I'm not ignorant of marketing, myself, and based on my communication with my AE I know that their advertising team is really clever and works really hard to get me leads that I want.

I've been with them for 4 years and just prepaid my service for the next 2. If its not broken, don't fix it, so I'm happy to stick with them and keep getting good calls and cases.
