Mark came out and gave me a great quote, seemed knowledgeable, we set up a time to do the work 2 days later. I called to ask a question no response. I left messages on his cell and on the main number. No response for 2 days! I was still hopeful that he would show for the appointment and do the work. NO SHOW. No call. No nothing. I left over 6 messages. Now we are stuck with no heat for a weekend at least till I can get someone else out to do the work. I am very disappointed and mad. Also, I checked their contractors license and it is expired... that is what I wanted to call to find out about. I was perplexed because they even have a link from their own website to check the status of the contractor's license.

SDair maintains an active and current contractors license within the State of California. And as the reviewer stated, we do place a link to the state CSLB page, which demostrates the validity of our license. We also carry a full suite of insurance to protect our customers from an unforseeable loss. It sounds like "GirlSD" had a tough time getting the service she required. We have no record of the situation she described. We would be pleased to assist her, if she has a need in the future. Best Regards!
My wife and I found the guys at sdair to be professional and punctual. They explained all of our options, remained on the schedule they set with us and did a fantastic job. We highly recommend them. We've dealt with contractors before, and sdair has been the most pleasurable experience we've had.
