Our basement flooded. They quoted us to fix it, but could not provide a detailed quote on a Saturday for what was included and what was not included. They failed to mention that they would not lay the carpet back, cut it, tack it, and replace and repaint the baseboards. This is a pretty important piece of information. They do restoration jobs every day. We don't have our basement restored every day, so we would appreciate having all of the information. They just picked up the fans and left. The basement is still not done. I reached out to get a quote for them to finish the job even though I felt it should have been included in the original job quote. I was quoted $427. When I attempted to schedule it, I was given a new quote of $618. When I asked why the quote went up, this was her response. "After my manager looked at the estimate he said the price needed to change due to multiple trades people needed to complete the work." They were also kind enough to recommend that we not schedule the work on a Saturday in order to not receive after hours charges. Ha. After spending over $2,000, our basement still does not look "like it never happened." I was emailing back and forth with Kim in the office about our unsatisfactory service. The last email I sent was on Nov 18 and I requested to be called by the manager. I have not been called. This wasn't just bad service, it was no service. Not helpful. Not informative. Go elsewhere.
