Servsquad did several projects for me after the first project (tree removal) I knew that I had found a company that cared, got the work done in a timely manner and professional-I had other things that needed to be done (roof replacement) and you should know by now that Servsquad was the company that I chose-and I would, and have highly recommend them. Thanks so much Servsquad

Thank you so much for your GREAT Review! It was our pleasure serving you for your home project needs.
Silly me. Needed some shrubs prunes and low hanging limbs removed. On Angie's List "$199 for $400 value." Zero customer service, spent less than 15 minutes in my yard, told my husband that's all they do for $199, forgetting that the deal was a "special $400 value." Please email me to see a "before and after" photo if you are considering this company. You won't see a difference in the photos. I also invite you to watch a "you tube" video of me flushing money down the commode. Angie's List lost a customer in me as well. Alphanavy@me.com

Job scope was explained what we could do for $199 and customer agreed. Once job complete did a walk thru with customer. Customer expressed their satisfaction and signed statement of 100% satisfaction. Please email us anytime as we have the 100% satisfaction statement signed by this customer on file.
Marc and his crew did a great job. He is very professional and there is no question what he intends to do for you before they begin. I would recommend him and he may be back to do some pressure washing and painting for me. Thank you.

Very professional and courteous. Happy to have a certified arborist oversee the work. Clean up was top notch. A special deal may have brought us to Servsquad, but his work will bring us back as repeat customers. We look forward to doing business with Marc and his crew again in future.

They were very professional, kept their appointment time. Cut the trees I needed taken out in a quick time frame and left the place spotless. I would hire them again. Highly recommended.
Awful, terrible company run some rather immature children. This is being kind. I bought a mosquito treatment in early May as a mothers day present, I started calling this awful company around May 10th to set it up and I never once, not from then to May 28th, not once got someone on the phone when I called them. Always got a voicemail and only got called back twice. I answered on the 2nd try, which took 2 weeks mind you, I was told on May 21st when I talked to the derpy manager/employee that I would be added to their schedule within the next day or two. I waited a whole week for these silly idiots to call me back and it never happened, so I called them today and my wife left a pretty straight to the point voicemail (because its hard for them to answer their phone apparently). Finally the owner, I assume, called me back cursing me out about me being unprofessional and how they wouldnt do my yard. Apparently its my fault, im in the wrong, that these people can't answer their phone, get back to their voicemails in a quick and timely manner and cant handle criticism of their faults. This company is so horrible that I am signing up on yelp just to let you people know how bad this company is.

I found them on Angies list. The deal was supposed to be $1600 worth of work for $899. It included $899 for two tree service professionals for four labor-hours each Consultation with a tree arborist Inspect your trees for potential problems and hazards Dumping fees (several hundred dollar value) Tree trimming, seasonal pruning, complete tree removal, limb removal, They were an hour late, with no phone call. They chopped down three trees. I asked for 1 foot sections so I could chop them later. He said ok but then didn't do it. They couldn't get the shredder into my yard. It was suppose to be 4 hours for 2 guys which is what the deal was for. They were here for only 2 hours and 45minutes. They didn't clean up, and they left all these large section of trees. My yard is a mess.I asked for a discount because they couldn't get the shredder into my yard and he said no. They did a terrible job. He gave me a hand written invoice that said I was satisfied to sign. I felt pressured and bullied. I don't know why he didn't give me a real professional invoice. Maybe it had something about a satisfaction guarantee on it. . But they didn't do that. My husband called after the work was done, ( I have phone records, thanks AT&T). The guy said he would come back out the following week to cut the logs into smaller sections. He never showed and never called.

We purchased an exterior home painting deal with this company. We scheduled 6 weeks out. They never showed nor called. every week we had to call them to find out where they were. Each week they said we were next on the list and then did not show. this went on for six weeks. We had to get Kudzu customer service involved, which were very helpful, but still they never showed. Had an excuse each time. Kudzu refunded our money. I put a lot of work into the home to get it prepped for them to come out, including cutting back all bushes and trees away from home, moving furniture on porches, and removing all wall hangings on back porch. Seems as if they will only come out to paint if you pay full price.

I got the $99 dollar ($200 Value) tree trimming/removal offer. Mark scheduled to come to my house 4 different occasions. The first three times he scheduled were no shows, and I didn't even get a phone call to let me know they weren't coming. I had two trees that needed a total of about 15 limbs that needed to be removed. The largest being 6" in diameter. The quote Mark gave for the work was $750 - $200 Kudzu coupon would leave me with an additional $550 t be paid. I told Mark to just do the amount I had paid for. So they took 5 limbs off the largest being 6" diameter and most being 3" or less in diameter. So what does $99 really get you. Literally 20 minutes worth of time to get a man with a rope 20' up in a tree and cut 5 limbs, and 10 minutes worth of hauling limbs to chipper. You decide if you want to deal with the "SERVSQUAD". If you live in Gwinnett call McILWAIN & Sons 404-695-3908 - They took down a poplar tree and trimmed both of the trees I wanted SERVSQUAD to trim, and hauled it all away for under $400.

The Servsquad team was great to work with. I had a few downed trees after a wind storm that damaged a small section of my roof and scraped down the side of my house. Marc was prompt in responding to my call and quoted me a fair price. I was impressed at how quickly they were able to get the trees removed, roof repaired, and repaint a small section of the house where the trees had fallen. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work performed.

We hired this company for a tree removal project we had and also for a remodeling project which included roofing, painting, hardwood flooring, tile, and carpentry. The guys were very professional, prompt, and had an excellent eye for detail which included cleaning everything very well once finished. I would totally recommend them for tree services and remodeling services. Thanks again!
