I went into Sally Beauty Supply on Lawrenceville Hwy at Lavista Road the other evening. I was at my wit's end as I thought I'd tried everything...half my hair is my natural color and the other half is white as snow. I'd tried L'Oreal hair color and others, but it would not cover the white, only the natural hair, leaving me with half natural and half white hair even though the packaging said it was for gray hair. Erin, the kind lady on duty that night, told me to try a temporary hair color product, which I purchased. Now, I've colored my hair for many many years and I did not for a moment believe this temporary hair color product would do what I needed. So I called the number on the packaging, their Expert Help Line. The person answering the phone said she was a licensed professional hairdresser and informed me that the temporary hair color product would not blend all my hair into one color and probably wouldn't color the white hair to the degree that would result in all one color. Well I tried a strand of white hair with the product, waited 30 minutes but the hair strand was still white as snow. Then I decided to go ahead and put it on my hair, as I'd already opened the product. After 30 minutes, my white hair turned the perfect champagne blonde color, matching the rest of my hair EXACTLY. AND, it left my hair so shiny that my husband noticed (that's a miracle in itself). GOD BLESS ERIN AT SALLY BEAUTY SUPPLY. I'm a happy woman.
