This summer the AC didn't work, so that was probably a factor in the shopping experience and the inconsistent level of customer service. The staff's helpfulness and moods fluctuated from week to week, so I never knew what to expect. Items in the store came and went quickly, so don't hesitate to get something if you're interested in it. There is a lot of stuff to choose from, and my favorites are the nail polishes and lotions. The loyalty program is worth the money because the good deals are even better with it. Staff need better training beause a simple return took 1/2 hour (no joke) and 3 people to accomplish. With some work, this place has potential. I hear the one on Holcomb Bridge is better.
