Beware, Vonda will make you believe she understands your concerns and will agree to an appointment, when actually she plans on making you wait until SHE is ready. My daughter did extensive research on extensions, and asked me to give her extensions for her Christmas gift. We reviewed the options and Salon Innovations by Si had a great web page and even said they were in good standings with the Better Business Bureau. My daughter had a modeling event and finals at her college, so it was imperative to have the service done immediately. She contacted Vonda and asked about the time frame to apply the extensions. The call was on speaker and I heard Vonda giving my daughter the reassurance that she could do it same day or at the latest next day. Based on price and time frame, Salon Innovations seemed to be the one offering the better customer service. WRONG! We scheduled the appt. and spoke with Vonda about our circumstances, she was agreeable with our time frame. I paid the price of $250.oo cash and she handed my daughter a form to sign saying that this was to confirm the appt. As she handed her a form, she placed her attention on me and my other daughter and spoke about placing baking soda and water on our hair to rid the hair of chemical base build-up on hair. SALON INNOVATIONS BY SI' OWNER VONDA ATTEMPTED TO OVERCHARGE ME FOR MY HAIR EXTENTIOSN. SHE GAVE THE ME AND THE STYLIST THE PRICE QUOTE OF $150. SHE DID NOT STAY FOR THE TIME OF THE HAIR APPLICATION AND AFTER THE HAIR WAS DONE, SHE CALLED AND TOLD MY STYLIST TO CHARGE ME $300 FOR THE HAIR AND $59.99 FOR THE COLOR. (THEY COLORED MY HAIR BECAUSE SHE TOLD ME THEY HAD BLACK HAIR, AND WHEN I GOT THERE, THEY DID NOT). I GOT THE POLICE INVOLVED AND SHE LIED TO THEM TOO. So she let me pay $150. But she took out more than half of my extensions.

I HAD EXTENTIONS IN ON A Thurs BY Wed I WAS BACK BECAUSE THEY WERE FALLING OUT NOT SLIPPING HANGING! I WAS CHARGED $5 A CLIP TO REATTACH THEM AND TOLD I COULD ONLY WASH MY HAIR 1X A WEEK.IT IS 5 DAYS LATER AND I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW YEST. NO CALL BACK AND I HAVE 1/3 OF MY EXT.IN A BAG. IF I BOUGHT INSURANCE FOR ANOTHER$189 THEY WOULD FIX THEM FOR 2 MONTHS.I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD LAST 3MONTHS WHY SHOULD YOU NEED INSURANCE IF YOU PAY FOR PROF.WORK.OH AND $65 AN HOUR TO REMOVE THE REST
