the absolute wort medical practice i have had the displeasure of dealing with. Phone calls are not returned, mistakes are made in medical records, staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. I could go on and on. If you are looking for quality care for you child, this would not be the place to go.

It took quite the string pulling just to get this office to return a phone call to schedule an appointment. After finally seeing Dr. Schultz we get raw lab results in the mail and a prescription with no explanation whatsoever. I have never seen such a bad practice and an arrogant doctor. In spite of our daughter being a child we are going to switch to a nicer and more patient friendly adult endocrinologist. It will be such a relief to never see this guy again. If you have to use this practice request the nurse practitioner = she's better than the physician.

The only reason to go to an pediatric endocrinologist is because your child has a chronic problem that needs treatment. Well you won't get treatment here. This entire practice has been notoriously slow in responding to patients (children's) needs. My child had blood drawn to detect if a medication needed to be adjusted. After waiting the 14 days for results that they force you to wait, I called to inquire about them.... and I called, and I called, and I called. By 31 days after the blood was drawn, I went to the doctors' office demanding the results. Of course the front desk staff saiys they are not responsible but will get the office manager. The office manger said to me they were pulling the file to get me that information. Never an apology or anything. The front desk person delivered an envelope to me and said it was all they could provide and I opened to find raw test data from the lab, but no interpretation from the doctor. I was told the doctor did not have time to look at it yet. I found some other hoops to jumped through to get the results read (by our former doctor in another state). At the time of this posting it has now been 43 days and still no results from Dr. Anderson. Thank goodness I jumped through hoops to have the results read because the medication DID need to be adjusted and Dr. Anderson does not seem to care. I'll let you know when/if I ever hear from him. We are going to another practice for the next checkup.
