After checking out a number of other Atlanta metro dive shops - it was clear to me that Sea Ventures was by far the most professionally run dive shop I've been able to find. The staff and owners were over the top friendly, patient, and exceedingly knowledgable! Without pressure, I decided to invest in our own top quality scuba gear...and they were able to accomodate my short notice and flexible schedule. I most highly recommend Sea Ventures to anyone with even passing interest in diving...they will answer all your questions honestly!

When we made the decision to become certified scuba divers we looked at 4 shops before deciding on where to take our training. SeaVentures was our last stop on the list and we feel very lucky to have found them. They took the time to answer all of our questions never any pressure to sign up or purchase anything. We did take our class room and pool training with their staff. The entire experience could not have gone better. From helping us select our basic gear then purchasing our own dive gear to our diver training. The same no pressure great service came through over and over. We now are certified divers who feel extremely comfortable knowing we`ve had excellant training. If your looking for a dive shop that puts customer service first we highly recommend SeaVentures.

My husband and I got certified one year ago on a SeaVentures Keys trip. My husband did extensive research on Scuba Shops in the Atlanta area and the decision was made once we talked with SeaVentures. They took the time to explain in detail what was required to become certified. We also did an extensive search on their reputation and found they are one of the most respected, well known Scuba Shops on the Eastern Seaboard. They are known for training prepared, safe divers and the best, most highly regarded Divemasters and Instructors. Frankly, it was an easy decision. I am now an Instructor and enjoy the clout that being trained by SeaVentures carries with it. Although you only "have to" buy scuba equipment from SeaVentures when you want to be on their Professional Team, I felt the "scuba uniform" was a great investment in my future. This allows me to know the equipment my students wear - help them with questions, fix any problems, and prevent any accidents, in addition to using state of the art equipment! Another great thing - if there are equipment issues, it is replaced, no questions - my husband exchanged his mask 10 times before he found the perfect one! If you are considering getting certified or continuing your scuba education, call SeaVentures. You will have fun, you will love it, and most importantly, you will be SAFE! I would not trade my equipment, the service I received, and most definitely my education for anything.

I called this company to sign my son up for a swim class. I confirmed availability on the phone but was told I needed to sign up online. I signed up online the same day (a Wednesday), called the next day (Thursday) to confirm that they had received the registration. I was told by a gentleman that he had the reservation in his hand but it had not been processed. He confirmed that there was still availability in the class. I got a phone call on Friday telling me the class was full. However, my girlfriend walked in on Friday and was able to sign up for the same class. I called to complain about how my registration was handled, but got ...sorry, nothing we can do. Later in the conversation, they claimed to have not received my registration until late Thursday night. I decided to give up and go somewhere else where maybe the registrations are posted in the order in which they arrive.
