I don't usually post negative things, there are enough negative people in the world, but the service I got was so HORRENDOUS. They lost my keys, had to call me on my celly phone to ask me if I had taken them with me, and then took about 6 hours longer than they quoted. A waste of a day. I love Sears, have since the old catalog days, and just think that they lost it somewhere with this service.
