Bought a freezer to be delivered a week later. The morning of the delivery day was called early in the morning (woken up) to be told they didn't actually stock that freezer anymore. Took a week and a half after that to get a refund but prior to that it was impossible to get anyone in the company to tell me when I was going to get the thousand dollars back. If they needed a two week loan they should have just asked. I would have charged them interest. I'll never buy an appliance from Sears again.
