Upon purchase I was treated ok. When it came time to exchange the defective shoes (Only a month and a half later!!) I was treated horrible! The owner ( a heavier set women who would not tell me her name) said that she did not want to see the defective shoes because she will not do anything to work with me!! With out even looking at the month and a half old shoes she accused me of mistreating them. After a half and hour of verbal abuse, from the supposed owner of Seidel shoes finally agreed for me to take the defective shoes to a repair shop. I went to the repair shop and asked the shoe repair owner his opinion of the shoes. He told me that the shoes were NOT mistreated and indeed must have not been sewn right. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect.
