They turned off my power around midnight on Friday to do repairs on my block. They did send a letter and I turned off everything they suggested. Friday we discovered the nearly new refrigerator was not cooling so I called them on Saturday. They said I should call the manufacturer but they, like SDG&E don't work weekends. I was given a claim number and they said they would call by Tuesday. Tuesday? How long did they think I could keep the food cold? So I will be without a functioning refrigerator for how long? A week? What kind of customer service is this? From what I can find on the internet, from the error codes, they blew out a controller board.

I put a claim in to SDGE because they blew out my TV while working on a power line. They acknowledged this and said it happens all the time with my type of tv's but wouldn't pay because they sent a letter. I told them I tried to unplug my tv and had asked for their help but they said no and don't worry about it. Turns out that it was an issue and now they are stonewalling. Appears they will stonewall so that the only avenue left is to sue. They hope you will give up before then. Beware. Very dishonest.
