They came out to give me an estimate on gutter repair. The guy couldn't even touch a ladder due to "insurance regulations". He said they would email me a quote because he was not allowed to give estimates. I called 3 times over the past two weeks, still no quote. Dealing with this compnay has been a total waste of time. Look elsewhere.

I asked them to come out and give me an estimate for a roof repair job. They didn't show when they were supposed to but came the next day. But the person who showed up couldn't get up on a ladder (he claimed for insurance reasons) and said that someone else would come out later that same afternoon. No one showed. So, they didn't honor their promises and, as a result, I couldn't in all good faith trust them to any job on my home. When someone doesn't do what they say, they don't merit my business.

They did some fairly involved chimney reconstruction for us last year. We were thrilled with the finished product -- which is the most important part after all -- but we did have some communication issues. I will definitely use them again. They seem to be an honest company, just really really busy!

They replaced gutters, so I called them to repair a roof problem. They were very slow to call back before, during, and after the job. When the guys finished the repair, they left without saying anything. I thought they should"ve called after the job was completed to see if we were satisfied.... We weren't.

We had some roof repairs done and brand new gutters installed. Seven Gables was quick to respond with coming out for the estimates and to set up the date to do the work. They did not try to charge outrageous amounts and seemed fair enough. For the gutters they recommended we keep our downspouts to save us money there and that is what we did and everything looks great. Recommended!!

We had roof damage from one of the hurricanes. The estimate from Seven Gables was a lot less than expected, and they came out to fix it pretty quickly. They did tell me they are short staffed right now. Even the claims adjuster told me all roofers are extremely busy right now. I would definately use them again!

Last storm last year i had a horrible leak - tons of water like a waterfall thru my roof into my bedroom. They were busy due to the weather but did send over someone to put a tarp up even though they hadn't even given me an estimate. When they did it was less than i thought it would be. Another time i thought i had to replace a whole segment of roof but it turned out to be a small problem that they repaired for $100 - and when i had called i told them i think i need a new roof and they had the chance to rip me off and they didn't. So there you go.

Twice I called Seven Gables for estimates. The first time was for a masonry job and they told me they couldn't bother with small jobs (a complete porch replacement). They wouldn't recommend anyone else. The second time was for a roof repair and was told someone would call me back in 48 hours. They called back two weeks later and by that time Dr. Roof had already done the job.
